Beautiful for an older home, love it!!! I would definitely darken the wood floors & the kitchen cabinetry from that bland white cabinets that looks cheap!
Looks like a nineties build with some small upgrades downstairs. Black outlet covers in downstairs BR, but everywhere else its not, but its an very inexpensive fix. Looked like the seals were broken on the windows heading out to the deck, but the home has been very well taken care of, and loved. This is a very beautiful home. Someone really loved this house, and so will someone else. Not much to mow either. Nice, very, very beautiful. And the window in the master water closet is a very nice touch....you general don't see windows in water closets.
For me windows are very important... I don’t believe this house has sliding windows, but I don’t like sliding windows👎🏿 The windows on this house are a no-no... The big window above the front door...no-no. Those windows above the fireplace...no-no. The open two story family room...a no-no. The floors are nice but too light. I rate this one a 4🙅🏾♀️
