This barber is my favourite in youtube because he is really dedicated in what he is doing. A few barbers in your videos lack the dedication and interest in massaging and those guys will look most of the time somewhere else other than their work and will always keep yawning during their work.
My mom does the same kind of thing this guy does, she obviously may not be as good but she likes what she does and her clients think she is good, one of her clients actually used to get haircuts like these and she said it was almost the same thing. She tries to master her skills and I love when I get haircuts from her.

Now I know barber = Superman in India. They have to be versatile. You may consider to change name for Cracker Master, in fact, he and pain killer are the best on haircut skills.

well if you know how much they get for their service, you will be unconscious. 🙂 they only earn 1 or 2 US$ maximum 5.
