FYI, some of the boss damage numbers might not be 100% accurate. This is due to them having % max health damage. I used iron golems for my testing, they have more health than players which means they take more damage from these kinds of attacks.
For anyone having trouble with ignis, here's some tips: -If you're playing on hard/hardcore difficulty, for the love of god get a maxed out ancient spear, maxed out skeleton reptile chestplate, helmet and other netherite armour pieces, and either a maxed out shield or blacksteel targe (the latter has more than double the durability, so I suggest that). Combine that with speed/strength 2 pots, fire res and 5-15 gapples and the fight becomes a cake walk. Note: speed is pretty much needed on hard mode in my opinion, but is possible without any potions if you're good enough with all the other previously mentioned gear + voidforge, void assault shoulder weapon and tidal claws. -If you only have maxed out netherite armour/sword, and want you fight it now, I highly suggest getting the previously mentioned pots again, and 1-3 god apples, tidal claws or ender pearls for getting out the lava cracks, voidforge and void assault shoulder weapon -If you want to make the fight even easier than a cakewalk, kill Maledictus 3-4 times, which imo is actually easier than the ancient remnant due to me being able to kill Maledictus with just gapples, maxed out netherite armour/sword and black steel targe, and craft the full cursium armour set + the soulrender. The reason for this isnt just the increased defense, but also because the soulrender has a sort of dash you can use by hilding down right click and letting go, the boots have a back dash which can be used with V, the chestplate revives you upon death giving you a second chance, and the leggings rarely allow you to block all damage passively. Foot note: take what i said with a grain of salt as i may just suck, but from what ive experienced, only full maxed netherite with gapples is pretty much impossible on hard mode unless you can break his shield early which I was unable to accomplish. Edit: My apologies for my previous comment referring to the bloomstone pauldrons, I was nodding off to sleep at the time and didn't catch that you specified protection value. Either way, very well made video.

Here are the changes regarding Netherite Monstrosity and Ender Guardian. Not much has changed about the Netherite Monstrosity other than that its health being increased to 500. Its attack and abilities remain the same. The Ender Guardian on the other hand has changed a lot. Its health is now 333. Its uppercut attack can now stun you briefly. It can teleport next to you and stun you with a circle of white particles indicating where it will appear. It can summon a void vortex that absorbs you in place, and can do a dash attack that does the same amount of damage as the uppercut attack. In phase 2, its armor points is 15 instead of 10 and it can teleport on top of you and attempt to crush you, spawning a circle of void runes. I hope this is helpful for everyone.

I think the version you covered in this video is the older version since another dungeon and boss has been released not too long ago. Anyhow, I appreciate the time and effort you put into making your showcase videos. Keep up the good work!
@@ziwang5298 Yes! The Ancient Remnant received a VGU update and the Prowler has a laser beam similar to the Harbinger. I remained on version 1.99.5 of the mod, as I was afraid updating would cause world stability and replay mod issues.
Even tho it´s just a lil bit outdated, the showcase is still perfect to learn about the mod, Cataclysm is by far the BEST bosses related mod, all the fights are extremely insane, especially Ignis! Also pretty sad they replaced the old Ignis theme(God of blaze), even tho i liked the old one, the new one is still a FIRE BEAT!
The boss themes go so hard lol Though the creator is working on replacing them, originally the themes are from Makai Symphony but the dev didn't want people to think that they are the OST for the mod. It appears there's a new composer working on entirely custom themes for the bosses. Also there's a resource pack that brings back the old theme. And also, even though it's not in this video, what's your opinion on the new Maledictus boss?
Yuri O has been making new soundtracks for the mod, which are absolute bangers imo. I used the old music because my video was built around them, it would've been a pain to switch them out. 😩 Maledictus is pretty cool, I'm not too crazy about him though. I do like the variety of his attacks and the disturbing laughter he makes. I haven't looked at him enough to form a proper opinion. 🤔

I don't make the mods, I just showcase them. mcl_ender is the creator of cataclysm. I know there is a bedrock port of the mod out there, but I'm not sure if it's official. That's about all I know
Yoj should make a sequel containing the bosses you skipped. Those are the Netherite Monstrosity, Ender Guardian and Maledictus. Maledictus is new, so I can forgive that.

There are two ways: 1. Use the ReForgedPlay mod (forge port of the replay mod) 2. Use the official replay mod with Sinytra Connector I used the first method for this video.
The blazing brand also now doesn't reduce armor by 4 points It's not 25% so even if you're using a ridiculously strong modded armor, you're still cooked
