Pro tip from the theater kids: when you’re in a situation where you’re contemplating an all nighter type of deal but dead tired, do the following in order: go to bed but set alarm for 3 hours (hopefully two full sleep cycles) Wake up with alarm and chug coffee. Go back to bed for 45 minutes. Wake up and caffeine should be in your body ready to help you do the thing before your other commitments for the day. ❤️ if you can’t do the four hours of sleep, do 90 minutes, coffee, 40 minutes. As you try it out you’ll learn what times work best for you
