    Phoenix OS is a nice version of Android for PC/laptop. That being said, anyone with a touchscreen laptop will feel the benefits more than on a PC or older laptop due to that feature alone.

      Sup bro. Try to use REVO uninstaller bro. It’s one of the best. If it continues, my advice would be ... to reset the whole computer. Might seem extreme but just back up all important stuff and reset that computer. That will rid of every bad thing (in a general sense) and you can start fresh. That’s my opinion. It’ll take time but worth it at the end. Make sure you download only the important things you need. God bless and have a good day.

    I have used Phoenix OS for years now. Very good android os and file system also sees windows file system. Very good. However, do not ever try to dual boot Phoenix OS on a windows tablet, you WILL brick the device. Problem with using VM ware is that it doesn't seem to see the windows file system, unless i did not configure it right. Would suggest using it on a separate computer as, while I have never had security issues, with today's chaotic environment, it would be an ounce of prevention. There are some apps that are incompatible with either x86 or x64 version but are compatible with the other. Never had a problem with getting an app to work with either one.

  • @arkay56
    @arkay56 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Great admirer of your work but I have to mark this one down as it is not clear that this will not work on x68 or older x86 architecture even if you drill down and find the correct 32 bit installation programme which is hidden from the front page. I have Inspiron 6400 (T2050 processor) and and it bricked my machine in as much as after installing and rebooting it went straight to a CMD screen telling me this OS was not suitable for my kernal. On exit it rebooted - and then back to the same screen etc. etc., until I fully reinstalled W10 from a USB key. Irritating. It does say it will work well on an Intel Atom and I have an old netbook with Intel Atom N270. Is there a link for the correct installation to that machine? However - do not try Phoenix OS on older x86 or you will make it unusable even if you follow the correct boot warnings Brian gives.

    • @schaddly

      While installing on a solid state drive will always be faster regardless of what you do.
      If you do a full update on install, it will then go to how fast your internet connection is at that point.
      But to your question, even older PCs and laptops can install Linux or Android in about 15 minutes or so.
      It solely depends on your drive, connection speed, and age of hardware.

  • @tbone9900

And since Chromium OS is from Google and not from any Chinese firm like Phoenix OS, we can be more assured of security and updates.
