After a long rest for the winter, Lovin’ Life rolled across the road and into the water. Splash Day! We continue our Great Loop and are excited for what’s to come
Just discovered your videos. I’ve wondered how a single engine Sabre or Back Cove would do on the loop. Can you share some thoughts on that subject especially going slow… less than 10 knots. Thanks
Single engine is great; we have bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering. It’s a great boat for all kinds of weather as you can run the air, heat, or open all the windows and still have almost 360 views while underway. It’s also nice for going through or staying in buggy areas as you have the beautiful windows to keep them out, while still maintaining the View! We absolutely love our Back Cove 37 🙏
I store my Sabre 42SE on Lake Macatawa at MEYachtRestoration and am launching this coming Monday before bringing the boat to its Chicago home. Will you still be in Holland next week?
@@lovinlifeonamericasgreatloop if you head north , restaurants to hit are Table 14 in Ludington, Riverside Inn in Leland ( and The Cheese Shop for excellent sandwiches and Trish’s Dishes for home made prepared food) and in Harbor Springs Paper Station Bistro and New York Restaurant.
Awesome for you two, continue on the journey of a lifetime
Thank you! Will do!
We splashed today too!!’
So exciting!! Fair winds and following seas

What size and kind of boat, didn't see any mention?
I can’t find any postings after May 7, 2024 (which is my 86th birthday)
Happy Belated Birthday! There are a lot of videos, go to our channel and you will see them. Have a great day
