This looks super adorable. It reminds me of movies back in the 90s like The Baby-Sitters Club and Now and Then. Reminding you of some similarities of struggles that you went through in your childhood. We need more movies like these that are just simple about everyday life because I feel like those are the ones that get out inspiration.

This looks like a good old fashioned wholesome movie. It’s a shame we don’t get more movies like this these days. We used to get a tone of coming of age tales in the 80s and 90s. Now when we do get them, they take place in the 70s, 80s, or 90s. I guess it would be hard to have a child adventure coming to life story in a world where kids are on their phones or computers all of the time and never leave the damn house.
Mamba Mentality blame it on those crazy parents in the states - the ones they call helicopter parents or even snowplow parents. They want to micromanage every aspect of their kids lives, homeschool them, censor everything they watch, read, listen to, don’t allow their kids to go anywhere unattended. That’s the reason so many american kids are becoming emotional/psychological cripples and are so backwards socially. I don’t know anyone here in Ireland who raises their kids like that.

Southern accents differ. In SC and we don't sound like the people in Alabama or other states. Maybe a little like NC and Georgia but even in-state people on the coast like Charleston or Beaufort sound different to us.
