Those are steroid giveaways (don't ask me how I know :) notice how he didn't have those when younger and his natural testosterone levels were at thier peak. He can maintain being ripped even in 40s, 50s, 60s from all the anabolics and growth hormone. So he's basically a long time roid user which I have no problem with.
