Arsenal dont play tiki taka. Their style is more free flowing. Players dont keep the ball at their feet for long. They look to pass it as soon as they can to keep the attack going. I believe that is how football should be played. Barcelona's style of play is entertaining. But its very slow and only a specific set of players with specific skills meant for tiki taka can pull off their style with perfection.

Wenger’s Arsenal were about vertical free flowing attacks against the opposition which was far more entertaining to watch but would compromise the shape of the team and would risk getting caught on the counter when they lost the ball. Wenger had a good enough squad to win the PL if he learnt to play with a bit more pragmatism.

It's not that they are slow, is that there is an intention in every pass. Barca can indeed pass the ball very fast but sometimes it's not really wise to do it. Sometimes you have to pass it fast and sometimes you have to pass it slow, Barca mastered this to perfection. Tiki Taka is actually what Arsenal did, passing the ball for the sake of passing. Beatiful to watch but way easier to defend and even easier to counterattack. Barca on the other side, it's problaby less fun to watch from a neutral standpoint but way harder for the opponent to defend and almost impossible to counterattack as their pressing is also top. I overall prefer Barca's because how many aspects of the game they dominate 1. Breaking a high press 2. Opening a well structured defense 3. Offside Trap 4. 5 second rule

I'm a die hard fan of Arselona [both Arsenal and Barcelona] for their original tiki-taka style of football.
As a chelsea fan. I just realized fabregas, giroud, and pedro are "one-two" player where utilizing others in building attack. Then again it's all because philosophy in their former club
Arsenal playing style in Wenger era was astonishing and it's worth to watch but it's not tiki taka ,they pass move and attack together swiftly and it's called pass and move while Barcelona plays tikitaka and the difference is that Barka players hold the ball on their feet and it's very slow in terms of passing the ball

It's not that they are slow, is that there is an intention in every pass. Barca can indeed pass the ball very fast but sometimes it's not really wise to do it. Sometimes you have to pass it fast and sometimes you have to pass it slow, Barca mastered this to perfection. Tiki Taka is actually what Arsenal did, passing the ball for the sake of passing. Beatiful to watch but way easier to defend and even easier to counterattack. Barca on the other side, it's problaby less fun to watch from a neutral standpoint but way harder for the opponent to defend and almost impossible to counterattack as their pressing is also top. I overall prefer Barca's because how many aspects of the game they dominate
1. Breaking a high press
2. Opening a well structured defense
3. Offside Trap
4. 5 second rule
