Really Nice project! I have some helium Miners, so i already have a lot of good spots to deploy Weather stations here in Portugal. As an air Traffic controller, i can see a lot of interest from the aviation industry in the information these stations can provide. There are a lot of aerodromes without any kind of meteo information, specially small aerodromes for recreational flights, where the majority of the pilots Will only be able to flight with good visual conditions. Having the possibility to check the weather conditions on those aerodromes and along the intended route using a phone app, would be a complete game changer! Already convinced some friends to join the waitlist as i did, and we will try to purchase on the February 1st pre sale. Super Excited to be part of this!

Very interesting project. I live in Scotland, where wind can reach up to 100miles/h, and rain can goes for months. Is this equipment strong enough to survive in this environment or I should disconnect it in particular conditions?
It all depends on the installation. If you make sure that the installation pole is strong enough and fixed well, then there should not be a problem with the outdoor sensor.
If this is a competitor to the other Type 1 miner, will the rewards be similar and hopefully a better reward plan and do not allow over subscription. Sell a license at the same time as the device to keep tags on how many are sold

It is a 5cm diameter pole. It could be 4cm as well. There u-bolts in order to fix it. It is not recommended to be thinner, as it may be oscillated due to strong winds in case it is not a stable installation. Such a situation may cause some faulty measurements.
I have a building install I'm interested in doing. The miner would be on the 2nd floor and the weather station would be on the roof 12 floors higher. Does the miner have a strength indicator for weather station connection strength?
An ideal installation should be in an open-air area. So, ideally we need the sensor to be between 2-4m above the ground or any surface and in a distance 2x the height of the highest obstacle around. Unfortunately, in e.g. balconies, a wall is usually fairly close to the station which may cause significant disturbances especially in precipitation, wind measurements.
It would be nice to see rewards higher for those who bought in first and limit rewards for those who are second or third 1 square kilometer unless one can prove they have a superior setup and this info should be able to be provided on an explorer page. Really need that white paper!

It's a pity that you use a token on the outrageously expensive ERC20 blockchain whereas there are many cheaper and faster ones (Algorand, Solana, Avalanche, Polygon, Fantom, Terra...).
Love the concept, would be good if you could put the white paper and some info on tokenomics out before you start to sell 10k units....

Looks kinda plasticky...how well does it hold up to 40' degree 365 days under the sun, rain, shine, moisture
From my personal experience, similar weather stations have been survived for 4-5 years so far and still working. There shouldn't be a problem.
