A bit of advice which you may find helpful is to invest in a 10mm microfibre roller sleeve from 2 fussy blokes. You will find you get very little splatter plus they hold more paint and especially when painting with white paint you will find a difference. I used a Hamilton perfection roller sleeve originally and even after 2 coats with a decent trade vinyl Matt the coverage wasn’t great and size changing roller sleeves the difference is incredible. For the woodwork using a 10mm or 5mm mini roller from 2 fussy blokes would make the job so much quicker plus you’ll get a really nice finish with no brushmarks
