Did you bake that frozen food in its plastic container, with that plastic film on top still attached?

Yes he did and yes he left the plastic film on top to cook. Just as you would in a regular oven unless otherwise instructed. I normally take the plastic film off the top with about 5 mins left to cook just to brown up the cheese. Hope this helps.

You never leave the plastic film on in a regular oven 😂 It’s microwave safe, not oven safe
