It depends on the school, some as a Nigeria you may not need to provide any of the English language proficiency, some may need it. Just find out from the your school of interest which one is in there requirment

Regards to accommodation, I have made a video about students accommodation and cost, I drop links on where to find students accommodation, just put your own location or city because they have accommodation all over Austria or you can google the city and check the students dormitory near the school and check which is better for you. Pls I am a content creator not an agent.
About Insurance, you can check any of the public or government health Insurance because they are more affordable.
Regards to education in Germany I don´t really know much about it.

The Red white Red card is your resident permit , normally you are suppose to apply for visa yourself, if your employer have fill the application for y ou, but am not 💯 sure, if you have already started the process please ask you employer.

If you cannot find teachers in Austria shortage occupation list, that means it is not part of it, but take time and check very well in other Job seeker in Austria to be sure, requirements are always mentioned in my video or you can check the website!
