To solve this issue you need to force restart it. Simply press the mute button on your steering wheel for 10 to 12 seconds then press the Bluetooth button on your steering wheel for 10 to 12 seconds. Both the screens will restart and hope the issue resolve. This has worked for me. Hope I'm being helpful.
