  • The McKenzie Method is one of the main techniques that Tom uses to help our patients recover from neck or back pain here at Apex. In the video, we walk you through a mock McKenzie evaluation, step by step, with a person experiencing lower back pain.
The McKenzie approach is an excellent natural way to assess your pain before going in for surgery, taking pills, or getting injections. With the right therapist, you should have a much clearer picture of the root cause of your pain or at the very least, a referral or recommendation to see someone who can take the next step with you.
Hopefully, after watching this video, you should have a better understanding of what a McKenzie evaluation involves and feel more confident before you go for you're appointment.
