- "Pipe Dreams and Nightmares"
For all its in-world ups and downs, Pipe Land is a high point of the game for me. So many levels see you creatively trying to reach the goal through different types of mazes. Building bridges, Star runs, and exploring an abandoned fortress are just some of the things we'll be dealing with in this kingdom that's overpopulated with plants. It's a pretty fun place that is also home to 7-4. Sigh. At least that's the last swimming stage in the game, but it's a doozy.
We've already proven in the last couple of videos that the game is expecting a lot more out of players at this point, and World 7 is no exception. It's a lot of fun even in its moments of frustration, but that's obviously a given considering this is the final area of the game. Yep. Nothing totally happens once all seven lands in Mushroom World have been liberated... Right?

Thanks. I try to do text for main game runs just so you all have a choice to either watch the gameplay or read the tips while also getting to hear the soundtrack.
I remember being on world 7 for so long as a kid, it was that last fortress that prevented me from beating it. Eventually I did beat it though but it was sure a struggle for me.
I can imagine. There are so many tight jumps or fits all throughout this place. It's probably the hardest the game gets in terms of pure platforming.
That happened to me too.
Hardest was the last fortress castle in World 8 as I only found the way out of there once in the 90s till I found out when I got older how to beat it without using the Skip Tooth
Then TH-cam came and gave away all the secrets
I just replayed the whole game and that last fortress gave me hell. Hardest level in the whole game for sure
Finally someone that uploads videos of classic games with a 4:3 aspect ratio. I hate when classic games are shown at 16:9, they look horrible >:(

I love Pipe Maze! It’s puzzles, labyrinths and mazes are so fun to solve. My second favorite World is Castle of Koopa and my third is Desert Hill. I love desert levels and the reason why I like Pipe Maze more than Desert Hill is because Pipe Maze has desert levels but their desert levels are more challenging and I love challenging levels. Pipe Maze also has vertical levels which were super fun especially the arrow blocks that can move any direction but down. My Favorite level in Pipe Maze is 7-8 because you get Hammer suit and get to kill all the piranha plants. Another thing I like about Pipe Maze is you get Piranha Plant levels instead of Hammer Bro levels, they’re more fun. I like Castle of Koopa because it has tanks, a navy and a Air Force. 8-1 and 8-2 were really fun and challenging levels too. My fourth favorite world is Iced Land and my fifth is The Sky. 5-6 is my favorite level in the sky because you get to ride the red flying beetles and 6-10 is my favorite level in iced land because you get to find hammer Mario. My favorite level in desert land is 2-1 because I love bouncing on Goomba block to Goomba block. My favorite in Castle of Koopa is 8-1 because the pipes look cool. My second favorite level in pipe maze is 7-9 because it’s the desert theme. Big Island is okay. Grassland I don’t like that much and I hate Ocean Side.

This level frustrated me like mad when I was a kid, plus it has what I find to be the most difficult Doom Ship at the end.

It is. If you take the pipe to the right of 7-5. In 7-3 the p switch yields 8 silver coins. If you want them hit the right block by the goomba pipe and go back. Leave time to get the other one though!

Yes, although I have to credit an online friend for telling me this fact.

Pipe Land and Dark Land are probably the 2 hardest lands.
I grew up 2 this game, level 7 or 8 was hard 2 beat.

Yeah, World 7 is tough. Eventually, you'll get that one lucky run where things all come together. That's how it was for me as a kid. SMB3's actually the first game I ever beat, and it still took a bit! Just try to learn the layouts and work your way through.

Whenever someone tells me this is the greatest game ever made I remember pipe world and smile knowing that there wrong (not saying the game is bad but this entire world has some of the most irritating bs from the whole game)
How do you get the hammer suit
It's in Mushroom Houses and a couple of special item boxes in levels. Those are shown in the World 6 & 7 videos.

I have a retron HD hyperkin that I can play super mario bros 3 with. I had also went to world 8 by using the 2 whistles that I got from the castle in w1 and w2 I got a whistle from the 2 fireball guys. And also another whistle I got from w1 l3, u crouch on the white middle box until you fall and you will go to toad's house! And you will get a whistle. And that's how I went to world 8.😁
