Music for Airports... probably one of the most important ambient albums of all time. 4 exquisite tracks of beautiful calming ambience that just sublimely transport you to the most serene and... huh? Oh... right, this is Music NOT for Airports... Erm... Okay so this is an entirely different album then. I guess this one wasn't made for Airports... what's going on here then? Minimal sustained drones for... over 7 hours in length! Goodness, this is defintiely going to be pretty weird then. What else is happening? Oh, the tracks are all named after co-ordinates? Well, that can't mean anything in particular... right?

So my last name, Becquerel, named after my great-great-grandfather, Antione Henri Becquerel, is an SI unit of radioactivity. The base unit is s^-1 (or 1/s)...
... which is equivalent to the Hertz (Hz), the frequency of sound.
A Becquerel is a very low dose of radioactivity, so it's normally used in kilo-Bequerel, mega-Bequerel, tera-Bequerel.
(Other units of radiation are Curies, again for radioactivity, Rontgen for exposure, Gray for absorbed dose, such as in cancer radiotherapy treatment, and Sievert for equivalent/effective dose). Part of my day job has to do with radiation oncology (treating cancer patients). My icon/avatar isn't just "a huge metal fan".
I'm not sure what the background radiation is in those locations. Maybe it has something to do with the tones selected. Higher tone - more background radiation.
