ow yeah congratulations dude. that's lots of purple en blue in the raw gas amazing🎉🎉 just add some mist seperator en a dust filter en you can run a engine 😊 . you can open up the lighting port if the gasiffier is under negative pressure so you have some kind of second stage from experience this wil make everything even more bleu . again great work looks really good
th'at's right i've test it, as you recomand, but for now it's not really tested in negative pressure because some air leak to find with help of positive pressure
Sorry Oliver. Dont take this wrong. Your 3d grille worked more then ok? Why start all over again? And how does this function with chips instead of pellets. Pellets you have to buy, just like electricity from the grid. Just curious, no criticism. Looks promising but again a new start.
A question is never bad in this last design i try to find and adjustable grate depending on granulmetry of raw then i can use pellets or ships with the same grate for now this last design have to much pressure lost i use only 4 mm of spacing and it need to be increase the next grate i will try to be adjustable when gasifier run
@senekemoi the 3d grille is a smart though out part . modified my 3d grille to have 6mm spacing now, and it works with longer shaking intervals . I still have to empty it al out because my chips have leaves, and it makes ash stones :(
