Many other similar channels read the English sub titles loud and I find it very distracting from focusing on the French language. The way you do it, with only showing them visually as a reference if needed, is much better. You have just got a new subscriber.😊👍

Le Chat et la Pâtisserie
Dans un petit village en France, il y avait une vieille pâtisserie tenue par Monsieur Dupont. Un jour, un petit chat noir nommé Félix est entré dans la pâtisserie. Félix a senti l'odeur des croissants et a voulu en manger un. Mais, c'était un problème, car les chats ne peuvent pas acheter de croissants!
Félix a décidé de voler un croissant quand Monsieur Dupont ne regardait pas. Il a sauté sur le comptoir et a pris un croissant avec sa petite patte. Mais, Monsieur Dupont l'a vu! Félix a eu peur et a couru vers la porte.
Monsieur Dupont a attrapé Félix par la queue et lui a dit : « Petit chat, pourquoi as-tu volé le croissant ? » Félix a regardé Monsieur Dupont avec de grands yeux tristes. Monsieur Dupont a souri et a dit : « Je comprends, tu avais faim. Tu peux avoir ce croissant, mais ne vole plus jamais ! »
Félix était très heureux et a mangé le croissant. Depuis ce jour, il visite souvent la pâtisserie, et Monsieur Dupont lui donne toujours un petit morceau de quelque chose à manger.
