Sage: Target to Halter Part 1

You can expect very infrequent updates on Sage and our training due to my one month old baby. Here's step one of her positive reinforcement journey. I'll be teaching her to halter a bit differently than I usually do.
Normally I just use their halter from day one but since she is particularly evasive of her halter I will start out with building a super strong reinforcement history with a target instead.
