Similar box to what's in my T100. One of those needle rollers seized to the point the needles broke up and fell out, which in turn wore the end of the shaft like an inverted cone. I turned the end of the shaft down and case hardened it 4 times, then ground it to a size, then made a bronze bush to suit and replace the needle roller. All good and working well for the last 10 years
G'day Paul, it's like watching a training video, every little bit you pick out for example and explanation I see it training me and other to do the next job better, thanks for everything, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
Thanks Paul for another instructive video. Paul, can l ask who it is you can buy the bearings and items like thr spring for the plunger you mentioned. And do you always use parts numbers only when ordering?
I'm getting sick of hearing how bad British bikes are. And how good foreign bikes are. Most of the British bikes are 50,60, 70 years old and when maintained properly are fine and reliable, despite some muppet that hasn't a clue about engineering. Playing with it. Simple things like screws, they don't know the difference between Phillips, JIS and Pozidrive then wonder why that the head is destroyed!!!

Hi - Burton Bike Bits, Kidderminster BSA and Draganfly are my go to people for such items.
That all cleaned up nicely. In view of the work on the most recent customer cub, how was the pedal return spring/springs?
Was the sawdust/ grated cheese dried out emulsified oil or grease? Non mechanic
