I first saw Jamiroquai live in Germany 94 in a tiny hall, how lucky was I......I have seen them twice since. Last time, Summer 2017 in Portugal, they never disappoint, best live band ever. JK rocks!!

Something about spoken word over a bass and piano = Funk Disco. Some of the best lyrics and groove ever written. There's no more music to unlock, there's less.

Amazing!! I love how they played the song with all the orchestra. Jamiroquai makes timeless music. What is wrong with the public?? They are so lifeless! I'd be jumping up and down and probably singing along >

You did read the headline and know what Nobel Peace Prize is? It's a seated hall with average age well over 50 years and nobody was there to specifically listen Jamiroquai (not saying they can't like the music), but were invited there for the Nobel Peace Prize.

I've never heard Jay Kay's regular speaking voice before, it's surprisingly deep compared to his singing voice
Either way this song is still an absolute bop and way more prescient then it had any right to be

I never went through Jamiroquia phase (not yet), but I always respected how good so much of his music is. I figure if any songwriter can even create one song that gets the world singing together, or becomes memorable even for a short time....they deserve respect.
