Just wanna let you know that anxiety is definitely not something that makes you stupid in any way. The doctors are just saying your physical health is not in any danger. If you want to improve your mental, the earlier you start the easier it is to build routines for selfcare and living in the moment. But there is alot you can do! :) And also its not something you have to be embarrassed about. You probably know all this but for me sometimes its nice to hear.
