That was the case in alot of places that were dumped the sewerage in the local rivers in the old times. I like how you do things. When they do that kind of thing. I never seen them test the water. It is pretty much fixed the problem, and they turn on the water flush some from the hydrant look, and pray that it will last until they drive around the corner, and then backfilling the the hole.

We have done a lot of work in Hannibal Missouri which has right hand open valves.
