Both teams are good for newly qualified social work...my view is that you are more exposed to the processes of child protection issues in the front line team.. .having said this you can still do Safeguarding within the children with disabilities team ...you deal with everything and will equally learn more as well.... Experience from social work comes from different teams and it depends on what your interest is......thanks
