Google Wifi Mesh System throttling my internet speeds

Google Wifi mesh system cuts my internet speeds in half whenever I run a speed test using the Google Home app's Internet speed test.

I don't have this issue With My Google Mesh setup and 3 wireless setups on my system . works great out of the box.

My issue is similar to yours. I get wifi speed through the mesh that is half of what ISP modem gets directly 25 vs 50. If i prioritise any device the speed test then shows 50Mbps through the mesh. However, when i run the Google mesh speed test via the home app, it shows an unchanged result - approx 20. All tests performed within touching distance of a mesh point.

Try setting your ISP modem to dmz+ for the Google mesh main puck. Also find the latest firmware for ISP modem.

You need to work on your editing. The audience doesn’t need to see the tests in process.
