Ghib san you should have tried the fish ball noodle store & roasted duck store as they are some of the best hawker food I had in my life. Looking forward to your next visit.

Have a bad experience at the rojak stall, they portion the ingredients on a small plate before mixing it all together. While preparing part of the ingredient drop off on the floor. They proceed to prepare it with the reduced ingredient portion without replacing the drop off portion. Don't seem very fair to me. So they only have my one time biz. It's expensive too.

Hi, good morning, I used to live one MRT station away towards Farrer Road and I used to go to this area quite often for grocery shopping! Love the food stalls at Holland Village and the little shops and boutiques ! A very lively atmosphere in the evening where the restaurants are located! Unfortunately never ventured into this particular foodcourt! What a shame! I am drowning with sorrow now just watching all the food that you are showing!

Ohji san you can try the Yong Tau fu stall and order the Kolo noodle imported from Malaysia. The noodles is by far the best in Sg. Infact i only patronise that stall whenever I visit there.

Ghib, you can order grass jelly mixed with soya bean milk and tell them no sugar so they won't add the sugar syrup or less sugar. Locals call it hei bai (black & white).

Ghib, you looked exactly like how I looked when I had my first kuay chap some 25 years ago. I freaked out when my future mother in law told me what it contained along with the innards, egg, and meat etc. But when I had it, I wanted to go back and have it again soon.

It's weird of the rojak sauce to be that overly sweet. It's supposed to be salty, sour, sweet and umami combined. It's made with prawn, coconut, sugar, belacan, tamarind. I suspect they used way more sugar to compensate the lack of other ingredients, to save cost.
