Well there’s a lot of folks that will feel the same. I not long got back from Morocco mate, loved it. Did France, Anddora ,Spain then over to Morocco for 2 weeks off roading. Took my D2 that has been stood for the last 6 years as i was in a real bad car crash, she went like a dream. Would love to send you some pics of the trip. If you have a email i will send you some. Anyways like you guys, im back. Happy off roading and nice to see you all smiling and happy still. Rich. X
Glad you enjoy the content and thanks for the support 💪🏻🙌🏻 “CDL” stands for “Central Diff Lock”. It locks the differential in the transfer case meaning power is sent equally to the front and rear axles 👍🏻🔥
Absolutely great to see you guys back making videos we completely understand we all have personal lives hope you guys had a great christmas and a fantastic new year certainly a laugh with graham falling on his arse (sorry) welcome back boys much love ❤
Fully understand all our lives are maxed out at the minute, wish I could finish my project, perhaps this year will be the year. 🤞 Graham watch your half shafts with those big tyres of yours. I've got nissan axles I mind for mine. Happy new year to you all.👍
Thanks for the support 💪🏻 2024 is the year to get projects finished 🙌🏻 Luckily Graham is running some nice Ashcroft’s shafts and cv’s… well actually his axles are all Ashcroft’s now 😅
You talk about Sarn Helen being in North Wales but the one I know is in the South and I don't recognise that lane as the Sarn I know (not been there for a while though) - is there another up North? The one I know is near Neath. Cheers guys and great video. Update - after some research I've now discovered the road is actually 160 miles long North to South, built in the 4th century and commissioned by Saint Elen (where the name comes from). I'm guessing the TRO covers the entire route.
Our section in betws north wales luckily doesn’t have a seasonal TRO 👌🏻 it’s a very interesting lane, same it isn’t drivable in its entirety north to south 😞 Thanks for the support 🤙🏻🔥
A decent socket set. You will need it. 😂 On a serious note. Rust - front inner arches behind plastic trim. Rear arches. Rear half of the chassis. Footwells Pop the oil filler cap off and check for milk and blowby. Check all the warning lights illuminate when ignition turns on. Take it for a decent run and make sure heaters work when it's up to temp. There will be loads of other stuff but thats what I was told to look for when I bought mine.
@@4WDUK cool. I will be on my best behaviour and do my very best not to pull out that I’ve got mixed race kids again to get a sticker 🤣🤣. The 1,s from last year are on and looking mint 🎉🎉
Hey mate ben here this is an old video from earlier in the year when it was open 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 it’s not that sunny in December 😂😂😂 thanks for the support like share and subscribe 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The section we’re driving in this video is in betws north wales, and this section doesn’t have a seasonal TRO unlike the the section down towards Neath 👌🏻💪🏻
Old defenders and disco's are the bollxs or a built up jimny. Solid axles front and rear. Owning and daily driving a 4" lifted regeared jimny on 31 muds myself I love it but they are marmite. A disco is better on road and more comfortable.
Good to see you again 👍
Thanks for the support 👌🏻
Love the New INTRO guys, makes the cars look fantastic 🎉 great to have you back, ive missed you on Sunday nights. Hope to see you back for good x😊
Thanks for the support, we thought we’d freshen up the intro and outro for 2024 💪🏻🤙🏻

Hi, im looking to buy discovery 2 td5 any thing i should look for when buying
A decent socket set. You will need it. 😂

As Jon has said above 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻
Also loads of buyers guides on the forums 💪🏻🤙🏻
@4WDUK really looking for a decent want to buy asap can't find many about any sites you recommend
I’ve nearly completed the vid 🎉 3 sittings so far. Bloody kids wanting dad’s attention. You boys going to expo this year?
Possibly but not 100% confirmed yet 🤙🏻

Good to see you guys back! And I really appreciate the guidance you’re giving people. We need to keep these lanes open! Keep up the great work 😊

What’s the best 4x4 car to get as a first car
@@user-ghlpft13467jimny or panda are the only 4x4s you’ll get insured on mate as a new driver

quick question why is ben barely in any vids?
He’s in this video?!…
@@4WDUKi know but like in ur other vids most times he's not ther
@akarz... he’s in most videos but historic ones not, Ben did join at the beginning.
@@4WDUK didn't he join 2 years ago??
@akarz... yes, and he’s been in nearly every video since besides workshop videos as Graham mostly does them on his own.
Hi just to ask what is the best 4x4 off-roader car for a first time driver
Jimny 💪🏻
