Heard a Pastor say that the soul when it goes to it's destiny has a spirit body which retains all it's memories, loves , desires it had while on earth in the body. Will be so until the Resurrection when it will receive a glorified body and then all past things will not be remembered. So our loved ones who have passed on are concerned about us who are left behind as in Jesus' story of the rich man and Lazarus.
Not only is it difficult to conceive of what our glorified body will be like, but it is also difficult to conceive what eternal life in that body will be like. Since we do not marry, I presume we don't have children or family, and we don't have hardship or die...what will we be doing in this new earth and new heaven? Scripture doesn't say I know.
It actually does say. People will live near the mssiah and do worship. The chosen Kings will rule and chosen priests will deliver and sacrifice the burnt animal offerings to Yahweh
During the thousand year reign yes there will be children but I think this gentleman is talking about after Satan is released again and God's throne comes from heaven and there's a new heaven and a new Earth yeah his question is a good one
I believe after Satan is done away with, just like Adam and Eve and paradise before sin. God walked among them. They kept the land and it was refreshing and beautiful with all kinds of fragrance’s. In my opinion only- we will be doing a work, but it will be satisfying. However it was supposed to be before sin entered in…. Which spoiled everything and everyone. Thorns and thistle’s, sweat of your brow, labor pain having children.
It appears that every believer has to parse terminology. No one can plainly talk about metaphysics - they have to decode it and try to interpret it. You'd think that since God is All-knowing, He'd know what is required for the most efficient teaching. But He hasn't done so in thousands of years. Hundreds of confusing explanations. And those who are desperate to believe just keep on trying in vain to explain.
We cannot imagine what the resurrected body will be. Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:35-41, that the resurrection body bears as much relation to our earthly body as a seed does to the final plant - like a wheat plant compared to its seed. I like the comparison of an oak tree compared to an acorn. Were the acorn able to imagine something, it could not imagine itself growing into an oak tree. Its final form is so beyond its humble beginning that it would be impossible to imagine its final form from its humble beginning. So it will be with believers in the Lord. As Paul said, the first man was of DUST, the second man (Jesus) is of HEAVEN.
No matter. It will be MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!!
This is good, this is good.
Jesus when he appeared after the resurrection was not recognized until their eyes were opened.
It'll be great for all of those in Christ.

Spiritual body is more higher form a more powerful form of our litetal bodies,

People still have children on new earth. Just will have extremely long life spans. Around 1000 years. But the suffering is gone.
Brother Lee Brainard @ soothkeep goes into great detail on this subject here on TH-cam .

20:35 James Tabor is *terrible* about this. Unfortunately he’s got a big following

People saw Jesus after the resurrection so he had to have a body event tho they didn't recognize Jesus 😂
Love this, but STOP with "shekinah!" It is NOT in the Bible. It is from the damned Talmud.
Neither is the Trinity
Neither is toilet paper 🙄
🤔

@@Heather-xz3eo I don't deny the Trinity and don't deny other concepts because a particular word isn't found in the bible.
