Join us on our journey today into Singapore's Cultural Gems, the vibrant parts of the city that are a fun and must visit.
We start in Chinatown where history and modernity blend seemlessly where we wander thru the bustling streets lined with traditional shophouses, and newer vendors all doing their best to sell us something nice. We meet a tailor whose been there for 35 years.
Next we head to Little India a district bustling with colors, aromas and sounds. Marvel at the intricate architecture of the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple and enjoy the vibrant murals that tell the stories of Indian history. Explore the bustling markets of Serangoon Road where you can find everything from fresh flowers to amazing jewelry and delicious Indian snacks.
Our journey continues to Arab Street a cultural melting pot known for its rich history and unique charm. Visit the majestic Sultan Mosque, an iconic symb ol of Singapore's Islamic heritage. Stroll along the streets adorned with colorful textiles and unique boutiques. Its also a haven for street art and trendy cafes and fantastic restaurants. We finish the afternoon with a relaxing Starbucks that was much needed.

There are placesin SG for tourists only in the city center and there places outside the center that are not in any guide books. There is variety to suit every personality type. It will take at least a week to cover them.

singapore is a nice place to visit, but it definitely won't have the same appeal as bangkok. The country is so small, you pretty much can see everything there in 3 days.
