If you have Potatoes try this incredibly crispy Potato Cheese Sticks! Tastes better than Frenchfries

    Super crispy snacks with wonderful aroma of spices. The Plate will be finished in few minutes. Super easy to prepare. Dip the Cheese sticks in Sour cream Ranch Dip or Tomato Ketchup.

    Preparation Time - 15 minutes
    Cooking Time - 15 minutes
    Serves - 4
    Ingredients
    Potato - 2 (500 gms)
    Water (to cook the Potatoes)
    Salt - 1 tsp (to cook the Potatoes)
    Corn Flour - 5 Tbsp (50 gms)
    Rice Flour - 3 Tbsp (30 gms)
    Salt - 1 tsp (5 gms)
    Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
    Dried Parsley - 1 tsp
    Oregano - ½ tsp
    Grated Cheese - ⅓ cup (80 gms)
    Instructions:
    1. Peel the Potatoes and cut into pieces.
    2. Wash the Potatoes thoroughly.
    3. In a pan, add water, Salt, and Potatoes
    4. Cook the Potatoes on Medium High heat for 10 mins until soft.
    5. Drain the water. Cool down completely
    6. In a bowl, add the cooked the Potatoes and mash it.
    7. Add Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Pepper Powder, Dried Parsley, Oregano and Grated cheese
    8. Mix well and form a dough.
    9. Put the dough in the Ziploc bag & roll the dough into ¼ inch thickness.
    10. Freeze for 10 mins. Once chilled, remove the bag.
    11. Cut the Cheese sticks ½ inch wide & 6 inch long.
    12. Oil for frying
    13. Keep on medium heat and add the Cheese sticks.
    14. Fry until golden brown. Bubbles will slow down once done.
    15. Drain the oil & transfer to the serving plate.
