I think every podcast that has had Ian on lately has become a better podcast for it! Hands down guest of the year on every place he stepped, adapting to each environment in whatever way would bring out the best other host. I just found him months ago, I've never seen a second of his stand up and don't know anything about his career. What I do see is how interwoven he is with comics accross country and that only comes with experience so I know he be respected way before me discovering him for myself.
