It’s filler or fat grafting. I also think her husband gets it done too! Take it from I’m Korean, grew up with my mom doing this, finally I also do injectables but fillers sag your face. So I suggest a face lift for that. There’s nothing wrong with being conscious of you how you look

So you agree that we can judge and say that she's had SOME, probably more than one surgery. You can see on her face that she looks young, but it's not the natural young look but artificial look. It is like what they call "uncanny valley" in graphics and animation of human faces. Like you can make the detail the highest quality and most pretty face, but as soon as they talk or move their facial muscles, you can see that not every muscle or lip or eyebrow or anything is moving in a natural way that you are used to seeing your whole life. You can't tell what it is exactly though without a close inspection, and that's why its called uncanny valley since it gives you am overall spooky feeling that something feels wrong and that it's not a real human but an artificial one someone created with special effects on a computer. Or in her case, plastic surgery.

Like are you really saying you don't believe that the first lady of SK has had some kind of surgery on her face? Even double eyelid? Of course she has. It's south Korea and any normal woman who cares about fashion and looks and who has the money and opportunity will do surgery.
That is SK cultural norm. It's more normal
to get surgery than to not get it if you can afford, and everyone really cares what others in society think and always want to look their best 24/7, including surgery. Other countries don't care as much, so their beauty is more natural. You can tell just by looking, all the Koreans stick to like the few main looks or trends, all young guys with that same one hair style lol. All girls want to look like the most beautiful or trendy kpop star at the moment.. no diversity or natural beauty anymore but yeh, not everyone has natural beauty but everyone can get money to get an artificial beauty which most people can tell, even if it's a good job you still know it's somehow not 100% natural look somehow.

Because she graduated a non top tier college she continually tried to strengthen her situation by graduating with a masters degree and completing her education with a doctorates. She built her own business and successfully managed it until her husband became president. She comes from a middle class family and had no real reason to work at a bar. She married her husband at a late age. When she was 40 something and was unsuccessful in conceiving a child. The personal fortune the president has is mostly his wifes. It is true she has gone through plastic surgeory but so has an amazing number of others in our country. The opposition party has slandered her sexually at every chance they found fit. And till this day sensor her every minute action and criticize her any way they can. All the rumors and slander is just that. Slander. And is unjust uncalled for and just a political smearing campaign.
