    So proud that my mindfulness video is included in the playlist along with yours Reese and Deepak Chopra's. So important to get this out to the public, our level of stress now is off the charts. It often shows as anger and irritability....these are not our highest, most resourceful state. I've got some wonderful videos aimed at women in particular on meditation.

    Hello there,
    I have thousand of reasons to learn how to meditate, but the main one is my health (luckily, I have a second chance to live). Life proved to me that stress can seriously affect my body (including my mental helath) and I need to start making some changes asap. I've tried meditation years ago when I was a teenager, but I couldn't really get it. Now I am really motivated to try again, because during my treatment I learned that breathing is essential. It's actually everything. So thank you, ladies, for guiding me. Reese, thank you for shining :)

    Do you have a source for that claim that these meditations increases or decreases anything besides chemicals in our brain?

      If you have heard of Google there are many scientific studies especially on mindfulness meditation benefits. There are also studies on TM and other types. But mindfulness which starts with the breath is a great starting place.

    5:52 Binaural beats doesn't necessarily calms down your brain. There are many types of binaural beats. Some of them can be used for concentration and staying awake. And they work only with headphones. /watch?v=zvTYxjpP6H4
    There are many guided meditation with hypnosis techniques on YT. Never understood why people use apps for that.
