I want to become closer with God, talking to him daily not just when I’m down bad or in need. I want him to be with me from the beginning of my day to the end. I also want to reduce screen time, I think in some aspects social media is kind of taking a toll on me, I love it but I know I need to cut back some. And I also want to be more present so I think it will aid in me doing so. I also want to commit to one day a week of doing something g for myself, I’m a mother of twin 8 year olds, and a registered nurse in pediatrics so I feel like most of my days revolve around the kiddos. I just want one day a week to tap into me, can’t put from an empty cup! This was therapeutic guys lol! Loved the video!!!

Watching Juj cook is so satisfying, I can't explain it. Soooo I have a one way plane ticket to Australia in January to embark on a solo trip around the world and my 3 goals are centered around this new adventure. The first is dropping the need to know "how" everything will work out for me and leaning into trust. The second is that whenever fear arises, to really determine if it's a real threat or just a story I'm telling myself, and if it's just a story, to do it anyway. The third is to see every encounter with someone as an opportunity to understand the human experience from a different perspective, and not judge too quickly because we all have a story. I love you two and this channel so much. I know your videos will bring me so much comfort on those nights when I'm missing home a little extra. 🥰

I used a pair of safety goggles to cut onions and they work perfectly. Before I would be tearing up so bad that I couldn't even see. I noticed Smoke is starting to be more verbal. When Hunter asked Smoke if he had a good sleep he had the biggest smile on his face. Such a happy baby.

Hello again! I would say my most important goal is to start a workout routine again and stick to it. Took time off after a spine surgery and the excuses need to stop. Secondly, I want to learn to use my cricut and get more creative. I’ve had it since Christmas 2021 and it’s still in the box. Thirdl, I want to try and do a big DIY in my home. I am always so quick to help others or give them my time whether I am mentally or emotionally prepared to help or not and next year I want to start taking myself into account first and see where I’m at before always saying yes to others. 2- I want to be more consistent with cooking healthy meals, I can order healthy meals all day long but the amount of times I cook meals could be better. 3- I want to explore new hobbies and activities that make me happy that I’ve never tried before, I’m a dance instructor/choreographer but rarely go take dance classes on my own, I also want to explore more fun things with makeup and fashion. Also more hiking, being in Colorado I haven’t hiked nearly as much as I could be!

I practice mindfulness quite often when it comes to my athletes and that in itself has helped grow my relationship with many of them. I truly just want the best for them and to see them succeed! I’ve gotten so off my spiritual track since September. I went through an unexpected move and relationship changes, so my goals are all about improving my mental, physical, and spiritual health. I am reconnecting with my faith and getting back on my early morning routine because that’s when I have my quiet time to ensure I’m taking care of my mental and spiritual health. Secondly, getting back to daily workouts. Not looking to see any specific number on the scale, but I feel best when I know I’m giving my body the movement it needs everyday and I love how you two promote that. Finally reconnecting with my creativity, I love working on projects and haven’t picked one up since I moved, but it’s finally time to continue doing what I love 😌

1. Routine - I want to commit to developing a consistent and impactful routine for myself that consists of a workout, healthy eating, and a better sleep/unwind schedule. I think your daily routines are so important to all aspects of mental and physical health 2. Read - as a part of the new routine I want to add more reading into my nightly unwind time and give myself a goal of finishing one book a month. Something do able but that improves mental health and is better than scrolling 3. Running - I have always incorporated running in my workouts but I would love to make it a more consistent part of my routine with the goal of running a 5k for cancer and hopefully other charities if all goes well! This is something I’ve wanted to do especially after getting a dog this past year it’s such great exercise for both of us and running with a goal will hopefully motivate me more! ✨

3 goals. 1: get accepted into respiratory therapy school, ready for the waiting game to be over 2: really prioritizing the gym. slowly getting there this year but has been a challenge and I would really like to see a difference next year mentally and physically from it. 3: pay off most bills before school starts so that's all I can focus on, with having to work less in order to be in school.

2024 goals🎉: prioritize taking care of myself. I exhaust so much of myself taking care of everyone else, and never putting it into me. 2: keeping my area cleaner! Might be hard with a newborn but this is a huge one. When the house or car are a mess I feel like my brain is a mess. Need a clean space. 3: become closer to my family. I spent most of my 20s only caring about my relationship and leaving some in the dust. Being pregnant we’ve really realized how important family is, and how much I need to prioritize them as well.

I hope once the second trimester kicks in, I can get back to that active lifestyle for my health and the baby's health. 3. I have struggled with this since I was an early teen and have always brushed it off my shoulder but becoming a mom, I feel like it is important for me to set the example of a loving and positive home and that starts with yourself. I want to become closer with God, talking to him daily not just when I’m down bad or in need. I want him to be with me from the beginning of my day to the end. I also want to reduce screen time, I think in some aspects social media is kind of taking a toll on me, I love it but I know I need to cut back some. And I also want to be more present so I think it will aid in me doing so. I also want to commit to one day a week of doing something g for myself, I’m a mother of twin 8 year olds, and a registered nurse in pediatrics so I feel like most of my days revolve around the kiddos. I just want one day a week to tap into me, can’t put from an empty cup! This was therapeutic guys lol! Loved the video!!!

Watching Juj cook is so satisfying, I can't explain it. Soooo I have a one way plane ticket to Australia in January to embark on a solo trip around the world and my 3 goals are centered around this new adventure. The first is dropping the need to know "how" everything will work out for me and leaning into trust. The second is that whenever fear arises, to really determine if it's a real threat or just a story I'm telling myself, and if it's just a story, to do it anyway. The third is to see every encounter with someone as an opportunity to understand the human experience from a different perspective, and not judge too quickly because we all have a story. I love you two and this channel so much. I know your videos will bring me so much comfort on those nights when I'm missing home a little extra. 🥰

3 of my goals are finally graduating college (I will have been in undergrad for 10 years by 2024) with my degree in astrophysics, getting a job in the space industry, and working out consistently in the gym!! 1. Be more kind and understanding.
2. Be more positive towards things and life in general. With the world today we all need this.

I used a pair of safety goggles to cut onions and they work perfectly. Before I would be tearing up so bad that I couldn't even see. I noticed Smoke is starting to be more verbal. When Hunter asked Smoke if he had a good sleep he had the biggest smile on his face. Such a happy baby.

3. Speaking of college, I graduate in May which is exciting! I have a job lined up for when I graduate so I hope I find a good groove within my role! Spending time with the quality people in my life. Telling them all every day they matter and that I love them. Working on my career, never needed to feel independent and confident in what I’m doing more than now.

1. Get out there and learn how to be open my heart and be vulnerable with other people. I’ve always had my guard up around others and it’s protected me well but it’s not allowing me to form new connections. I’m a new mom and I’m really craving human connection in this new season of life!
2. Become physically stronger. I’m trying to walk more, exercise more, so I can be healthier. Carrying my baby really did a number on my hips and low back! 😅

Hello again! I would say my most important goal is to start a workout routine again and stick to it. Took time off after a spine surgery and the excuses need to stop. Secondly, I want to learn to use my cricut and get more creative. I’ve had it since Christmas 2021 and it’s still in the box. Thirdl, I want to try and do a big DIY in my home. I just did a journal session talking about what my goals for next year are!
1. I want to be a more adventurous eater, especially with any healthy food options - lately I dread the thought of figuring out what to make for dinner
2. I want to focus on self-care emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially! - this sounds like a lot but to me this just means putting my best foot forward and showing up for myself in these areas
3. I want to feel more comfortable setting boundaries!
Some goals I have for the new year are to be intentional with my time. I am always so quick to help others or give them my time whether I am mentally or emotionally prepared to help or not and next year I want to start taking myself into account first and see where I’m at before always saying yes to others.
2- I want to be more consistent with cooking healthy meals, I can order healthy meals all day long but the amount of times I cook meals could be better.
3- I want to explore new hobbies and activities that make me happy that I’ve never tried before, I’m a dance instructor/choreographer but rarely go take dance classes on my own, I also want to explore more fun things with makeup and fashion. Also more hiking, being in Colorado I haven’t hiked nearly as much as I could be!

1. Ask and receive more help. I am used to handling things on my own but being a new mom has humbled me.

Been thinking on goals for the last couple months now & this is a perfect time to reflect on what I truly want to accomplish! I’ve recently went through a very tough breakup that left my mental health very unstable. So my first and most important goal I’d like for myself is to continue to grow and heal through this mental health journey. With that, another goal is to be healthier and change the way I treat my body. One of the reasons I love watching yall is because you all make taking care of your body fun & interesting. It doesn’t always have to be a strict diet. Lastly, I am a college softball coach and really value the sense of a family-like atmosphere and a culture of acceptance. Therefore, a goal of mine is for my athletes to feel loved and accepted while they are in my program. I practice mindfulness quite often when it comes to my athletes and that in itself has helped grow my relationship with many of them. I truly just want the best for them and to see them succeed! If I can be even just a small part of their journey to greatness, I am fulfilled!

I’ve gotten so off my spiritual track since September. I went through an unexpected move and relationship changes, so my goals are all about improving my mental, physical, and spiritual health. I am reconnecting with my faith and getting back on my early morning routine because that’s when I have my quiet time to ensure I’m taking care of my mental and spiritual health. Secondly, getting back to daily workouts. Not looking to see any specific number on the scale, but I feel best when I know I’m giving my body the movement it needs everyday and I love how you two promote that. Finally reconnecting with my creativity, I love working on projects and haven’t picked one up since I moved, but it’s finally time to continue doing what I love 😌
Three goals I have for 2024 is to focus on my confidence and positivity- I’m going through a rough patch with my health/skin and I’m on accutane rn so I want to really see results and feel like myself again next year. Second is to get accepted into an internal rotation within my firm that I like better than the audit work I do now. Third is to continue to run and run in another half marathon. Love you guys!

1. Routine - I want to commit to developing a consistent and impactful routine for myself that consists of a workout, healthy eating, and a better sleep/unwind schedule. I think your daily routines are so important to all aspects of mental and physical health
2. Read - as a part of the new routine I want to add more reading into my nightly unwind time and give myself a goal of finishing one book a month. Something do able but that improves mental health and is better than scrolling
3. Running - I have always incorporated running in my workouts but I would love to make it a more consistent part of my routine with the goal of running a 5k for cancer and hopefully other charities if all goes well! This is something I’ve wanted to do especially after getting a dog this past year it’s such great exercise for both of us and running with a goal will hopefully motivate me more!

3 goals. 1: get accepted into respiratory therapy school, ready for the waiting game to be over 2: really prioritizing the gym. slowly getting there this year but has been a challenge and I would really like to see a difference next year mentally and physically from it. 3: pay off most bills before school starts so that's all I can focus on, with having to work less in order to be in school.
This year my goals are to be more proactive at what I say yes to. I tend to overwork myself and not be able to give my all to everything I do because I’m stretched too thin so I want to be more focused there. I need to drink more water to feel healthier to stay healthier to choose food more wisely. And I want to spend more time with family I live away from them and often be prioritized making the trip even though I should be as they are getting older!

I lost my cousin a few months ago very suddenly to cancer and that really put into perspective how your days on earth are not guaranteed. This kind of leads into my next goal of trying to say “yes” more to things - whether it be a girls night out or a chill get together I really want to make more of an effort to get out! I can be a bit of a homebody.

My 2023 goals are to continue to strive to better my physical fitness, making time for my relationship with my family, and prioritizing things that make me happy and just pursuing my peace. Love you guys 🖤
1. Focus more on me, as we tend to focus on everyone else’s happiness but neglect ourselves and I want to make sure I teach my 7 yr old daughter that it’s ok to out yourself first sometimes because I see her “people pleasing” ways already😊
2. Creating and sticking to healthier habits for myself, hubby, and daughter…less eating out, more cooking!
3. Getting back to journaling and manifesting!
2024 goals🎉: prioritize taking care of myself. I exhaust so much of myself taking care of everyone else, and never putting it into me.
2: keeping my area cleaner! Might be hard with a newborn but this is a huge one. When the house or car are a mess I feel like my brain is a mess. Need a clean space.
3: become closer to my family. I spent most of my 20s only caring about my relationship and leaving some in the dust. Being pregnant we’ve really realized how important family is, and how much I need to prioritize them as well.
This is giving me inspo to try new recipes!
Next year I want to be more decisive (libra problems), make a career switch & keep in touch with friends more even if that just means calling or FaceTiming
1-I want to give more to my community
2-Focus On my health because I have but sometimes I get off track
3-be a better person is always an everyday goal
3 goals I have going into the new year are to stop being so hard on myself and comparing myself to others! I also want to save more and start a new hobby.

1. Take more time to reach out to family and friends. I'm terrible at answering texts and I want to be better at connecting with people.

3. Being 100% my authentic self. I find myself being reserved in certain situations and I want to just be better at being me 😊

My goals for the upcoming year are being more open to change, leaning in to challenging situations/emotions, and learning something from each experience. To preface, I am in doctoral nurse anesthesia program; however, I believe my goals apply to inside and outside the clinical setting like with difficult conversations or trying new things! Alright enough about me, cant wait to hear all about yall's goals!
Three of my goals for 2024 are
1. Continue working on my mental health - see therapist weekly, set clear boundaries, more self discovery and put myself first
2. Exercise for 5 days per week - incorporating cardio, lifting, Pilates and spin. Take rest days when needed!
3. Be a better listener.

3 of my 2024 goals are
1. Becoming the best momma I can be while still making time and prioritizing my relationship with my husband. 🥰 (a little over 7 weeks)
2. Prioritizing a healthy and active pregnancy while also giving myself grace. It has been a hard first trimester for me and getting out and being active is a huge struggle right now. I hope once the second trimester kicks in, I can get back to that active lifestyle for my health and the baby's health.
3. Prioritizing my mental health and really taking the steps that I need to take to have a more positive mindset with myself. I have struggled with this since I was an early teen and have always brushed it off my shoulder but becoming a mom, I feel like it is important for me to set the example of a loving and positive home and that starts with yourself.

Love watching your cute little fam!!family!! Just wanted to share a onion chopping tip I recently tried myself. Get a low bowl of water and set right next to the cutting board, the onion fumes gravitate to the bowl of water instead of your eyes. It really helps. Just a share , I hope you don't mind.
