Loved the Ralph Lauren look Julia. You guys look so fab. Also I loved when you were telling the birds good morning and inviting them to breakfast. Totally me when I get a good nights sleep.
y'all would LOVE Longboat key, st. Armands circle ( a whole island of just shops and restaurants). Its in Sarasota County ( south of Tampa). Then you can go north of Long Boat for a more relaxed, old school Florida vibe!
Julia and Hunter please do the “act like my husband/wife” for a vlog. I think you guys would be spot on with each other and it would be hilarious to watch!
Hi!! Florida native here - for the Miami vibe but a little more “local” feel- coconut grove is great! BUT the best beaches are on the west coast, so Marco island is a little island off Naples that is very beachy and quaint. For the ultimate relaxing and kinda secluded vibe but with the BEST beach Sarasota !
Florida native here to co-sign these recs. I don’t think coconut grove/Miami is what you guys are looking for BUT if you stay in Miami I couldn’t think of anywhere more fitting for you two than the Grove. Beaches in Florida are like - either “commercial” and crowded (like Ft Laudedale or South beach) still fun and pretty but lacking in many ways or beaches that are more secluded like this commenter says. Like you want to book an efficiency and go to the local store and buy stuff to grill at night. Local farmers markets and stuff. Less “nightlife” more … nice dinners (amazing fresh seafood) and the sounds of ocean waves.
Florida girl here! Born and raised in Sarasota, FL. Siesta Key is a very popular destination, but very very busy. I can tell you where the locals go to the beach and where you can still find parking! All the way from downtown Sarasota to St. Armands, and about 30 mins south of Sarasota is the island of Venice. Venice has an Italian influence and Italian looking architecture. Lots of nice local restaurants and boutique shops. You guys would fall in love. There’s lots to do between Sarasota and Venice. I’d love to help y’all on your next FL trip!
It’s so awesome seeing you guys here in Palm beach and talking about all of the things I grew up living by! Pura Vida, Lynoras, Buccan. Glad you guys enjoyed your stay here ❤️❤️❤️
I love palm beach! We bought a house on the beach in NC last year and im NEVER leaving, we live here full time. I do real estate on the island and it’s like vacation everyday. HIGHLY recommend buying a beach house haha Juj you are literally glowing with happiness in this vlog especially at the antique shops 😂
You guys are so refreshing. Love hearing your thoughts and what you are learning. May God bless you both with so much joy and peace this season! Take Care.
How surreal to see the Brazilian Court and antique row! My husband and I spent a week there back in Feb 2012! Quick walk to the beach, every morning! What an amazing time! Good for you two! If you ever get the chance, you have to stay at the Ritz-Carlton...get a cabana, if availability...👍🏽👍🏽
Ana Maria Island and Dunedin are both amazing. Both close to Tampa and Clearwater-you’ll love it!! I live in Tampa and there’s so much fun stuff to do here.
love the car chats🧡 always cozy, never boring at all also florida is my dream so this just oozes beauty and light and sunshine and hunter doing jujs eyebrows way to go top level entertaining
Love you guys!! Your vlogs get me through the work week! Vero Beach is great, smaller town beautiful houses/beaches and they have some great unique hotels :)
Born and raised in PBC so glad you all enjoyed it!! You all have to visit the beaches in West Palm. Delray Beach is awesome and they have some hidden gems like Boston’s on the beach, my parents had their first date there.
Hi another Florida girl born and raised, west coast beaches are the best!!Crystal River, Sarasota, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island. But of all these beaches I think Sanibel is more like what Hunter is looking for. So beautiful about an hours drive from Naples and an hours drive from Fort Myers where is most populated. Julia I know the happiness on your face the same one that my kids and I get when we are able to get away from our busy schedules for the weekend and spend the whole day at the beach it’s the best. Good luck & bless your journey.
Feel like I’m a ghost subscriber. So I’m finally going to express all my love and gratitude for the both of you! I love learning about love, commitment, and married lifestyle. I do not have access to any relationships loving at this caliber in my physical life so be able to connect with you both in this realm has changed my world and perception of love and loving relationships. I am eternally grateful and pray for you constantly
I looove Anna Maria Island! The island never used to be as popular as it is now but it's still a hidden gem.. we try to keep it a secret because it's such a quaint/cute town. Definitely one of my happy places. :)
Sometimes I come back and re-watch your vlogs just to fold laundry to and do chores during.... I love you guys so much! Best vloggers out there.... does anyone have suggestions for similar vloggers?
I just visited Dunedin, Florida and it was a dream! It’s near Clearwater Beach but MUCH more local. I stayed at a friends and walked into town each morning for coffee-definitely more of a locals town. Cute historic town, entire railroad converted to a bike and walking path that goes for miles in each direction of downtown. This path is what we took to walk/run/bike to downtown from the home. During one morning run I went to the end of the pier near downtown and spotted so many dolphins! Local musicians that honestly should have record deals-the town knows them by name! Local restaurants, best ice cream, such an active community-I highly recommend it!
I was watching this on my TV and immediately picked up my phone after it finished to comment. I loved the ending. Beautiful sunset and beautiful song!! Clearwater and Ft. Lauderdale are nice!! If you want more of a small town feel Stuart FL is amazing with some cool local restraints in downtown stuart. I lived in Stuart since I was in 1st grade. Message me if you want more deets! Love you guys!
literally had to thumbs up just for baby girl being such a trooper taking the lemon and giving us all a good belly laugh. she's so dang cute!! its crazy too some babies love lemons 🤣 such a fun vlog, you guys seem so happy in a warmer place.
I grew up in Destin/30A and I currently live in Jacksonville(great beaches)!! But some of the oldest beach cites in FL that are amazing to visit for that vibe: St.Augustine(oldest city in Fl)stay on the other side of the lions bridge / American Beach (tons of history)/ coco Beach
I am loving all the book recommendations! I finally got 101 Essays that will change your life in the mail & its soooo good so far! I’m definitely going to order Conversations with God
loving the summer vibes!!!! winter has been rough fr. you guys need to go to Savannah, Georgia! you would loveeee it. I live in Atlanta & just got married in Savannah. there’s so much history there and it’s so unique! 💕
not pressuring or harping at all - but so many mom/dad references in this vlog making me SO excited for when you grow your family and god willing have the most fashionable baby havens scootin around🤭🥹
Absolutely love Palm Beach it’s the real South Florida. I’m a Floridian born and raised, Maybe even 3rd or 4th generation come to think of it. You should explore North east Florida as well as the panhandle ( Destin, St George Island, Port St. Joe, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, St.Augustine, etc.) just to name a few so many great places here!!
Thank you for tipping! When I worked as a cleaner, we didn't get tipped very often although we were spending hours in their homes. Though working in other service jobs, I would get tipped a lot so I just thought it was interesting the differences between a certain service jobs and the custom of tipping.
When I was little my friends parents had a maid come to their house. They were very wealthy but had come from poverty and I remember her mom always being extremely kind to service people. Her mom would make a little basket for the maid everytime she would come and it would have several bottles of water, sweet and salty snacks and sometimes a candle or bottle of lotion or something. The maid could take the whole basket or pick and choose what she liked. She also told us it was important to always tip, be kind and remember details about her life to ask her (or him) about. It was so wonderful to me because my mom was actually a maid during this time and she never got treated that well by who she worked for. She didn't expect it but I know it would've made her day so special. Anyway! I've never had a maid but hopefully one day I will and I plan on making my house their favorite place to work! ❤️
I used to live in Boca Raton, but would go to St. Augustine and Sanibel Island all of the time. The beaches are gorgeous there! I think you guys would love it at both places. Love the travel vlogs!
You and Hunter would really enjoy Winter Park, FL. It’s just outside Orlando but very charming, full of gorgeous homes, local shops and restaurants, mature oak trees hanging over the streets. Stay at Winter Park Plaza Hotel, directly on Park Avenue. Park Avenue area is full of awesome restaurants, beautiful yard, live music and good drinks! We love to drive around and look at the all impressive homes like in the Windsong neighborhood. Great for antiquing and I think you would fall in love with the town!
Another location in Florida is Naples, Florida. A-lot of old money there. Also it’s like Hunter’s comments about local bars, local hangouts etc! My father retired there years ago and i love visiting that area😍😍
Palm Beach Local over here! I moved from LA beginning of Pandemic & it’s been incredible..( I quite literally live across the street from Pura Vida lol ) You definitely missed the mark and didn’t explore west Palm beach enough, rosemary square and clematis street for night life and drinks.. Tons of locals in the town and it’s a very young hip vibe. Del Ray beach which is 20 min south is also a great dinner/bar vibes. Jupiter inlet ( 30 min North ) has some super amazing restaurants and bars..Square Grouper, 1000 N all filled with Jupiter locals. Amazing beach side breakfast places like Benny’s on the beach 🏖 Palm Beach is very stuffy and isn’t the best at giving you the complete vibes of what it has to offer. And please listen when I tell you..in FL you do NOT want to be anywhere near a Bodega. FL gets dangerous REAL quick in areas. Trust lol. Tons of food places I wish you guys tried out. If you ever come back you gotta try some other really fun hip spots with incredible food.
Yes for sure! We were only there for three days and were limited on how far off we could explore with trying to be close to family. We def want to come back and explore more!
OMG I’m dying when Hunter said there’s always “something wrong with you “that is what my husband says to me constantly you’re always tired your stomach always hurts you always hangryyyyy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The way Hunter said that oh my God lol
Winter Garden is homey! It’s where I grew up. There’s the small town vibe, it’s an hour away from the beach though so maybe more of a day trip when you’re at the beach:) has Plant Street Market and a full strip of local shops and restaurants and an incredible local brewery : the crooked can! You’d love it for a quick day trip when you’re visiting a beach near central Florida/Orlando area
You guys have to check out Clearwater Beach. The homes are amazing and the vibes are very chill. Also you guys would love coconut grove, it is so lush and gorgeous 😍🤌🏼
florida native! currently living in Pensacola (super local vibe!) born and raised in jacksonville. St. Pete, Sarasota, St. Augustine, and New Smyrna Beach are some of my favorite spots. Y’all should definitely check out the springs in central florida for some outdoorsy vibes.
Is anyone else seeing Orbs flying around their hotel room when they were vloging after dinner? I think the two of you would really like Anna Maria Island in Florida. You can rent little beach houses right on the beach 🌴🌺🐠🐳😍
Literally came to the comments to see if anyone else noticed the orbs! I dfinitely saw them! Hunter grooming Julia’s brows after was such a cute lil scene 😂💕
we live on the west coast. Naples is beautiful. Siesta key is beautiful. there is a village and was voted the #1 beach. You can also go to Captiva and Sanibel. Florida has so much to offer and the beaches are amazing. Of course you cannot beat the weather. It is the end of March and it 90 degrees. Gotta love it! We feel blessed to live here.
You guys should really check out Fairhope, Al. It’s a small town in lower Alabama. Same county as Gulf Shores, Al. Beach is close by but fairhope is such a charming town.
y'all MUST visit Ormond Beach florida and the general volusia county area!! I lived in that little beach town for 17 years and miss it every day. local coffee shops include goldleaf and copperline. my favorite restaurant of all time is a local sports bar called hooligans, famous for their wings. the Neptune beach approach is where the locals go, as it is more private and less touristy. new smyrna beach and port orange are also gorgeous. ormond is also right next to Daytona beach and the speedway, but of course that tends to get touristy. Flagler beach is also stunning, about a 30 min drive up A1A along the east coast. so so so beautiful.
Definitely visit all along the st Pete coast and downtown st Pete is great for local stuff and local bars and a lot of authentic little shops too & even the little island called Anna maria (my favorite place and THE prettiest beach!) sunset beach in st Pete is beautiful too. OH also tarpon springs!! a bit a ways from st Pete but it’s amazing too.
Captiva/ Sanibel island are so fun and local. Such a small town vibe. They have local marts and seaside shops. Not to mention the beaches are beautiful. Warm water and soft sand. Beautiful sunsets. So cute! We have a house 30 minutes away and always have to visit Sanibel and captiva
omg that green modern painting at 6:57... a need!!! also Hunter's nipple cream comment had me dead. Love to see y'all living your best lives down in FL!
You guys are the cutest! 😍 I'm in Fort Lauderdale but I've driven to Sanibel and Captiva islands a couple of times and they're cute beach towns that I've loved! Maybe it's worth checking out one day soon! :)
When you messed your brows up for Hunter to gel them I lost it lmaooo idk why it was just so funny but I told my man that too no matter WHAT the situation is make sure these brows are on point 😂😂😂
Fernandina Beach! It’s near Jacksonville so northern Florida, almost GA, it’s quaint and has a bunch of cute local places, a mix of beach & river vibes. I live there and love it so much! :)
Omg! I would honestly love a video of your whole handbag collection. Design and not. And like would you ever sell bags on Poshmark. I’m obsessed with your style.
Sanibel Island is a great local feeling Florida place! The “bodega” being a local grocery store called Bailey’s. I’ve been going there twice a year my entire life, it’s a second home! Definitely more relaxed vibes but still has some boutique shops and great food.
Dune is such a good movie. I still haven’t finished it though but I was towards the end of the movie. And there are a lot of books so I think there will be a few more movies. Also I looovee your car chats!! Idc if that’s all you give us lol Julia I’m a plant mom now, and I talk to my plant how you talk to Booker. It’s the funniest thing 🤣
Born and raised in Naples hereee. I’m in college in Atlanta and I miss it every single day. There is a moment for the mountains but pleaseee go to NAPLES!!! Best beaches and super cute downtown area. Marco island is also very nice. If you want and even better island feel I would recommend sanibel.
I live in St Pete, Florida and you all would LOVE it here!! The Don Cesar is the famous pink hotel on the beach and the Vinoy hotel is another famous pink hotel downtown. It’s such a beautiful city just south of Tampa.
i grew up in tampa and lived there for 21 years- i think you guys would really like the sarasota area the best! it has a good mix of young and older people, has a higher end feel without being too stuck up and the beaches are incredible! plus you’d be close to tampa and st pete which has a ton of fun things to do like bars, museums, outdoor activities, music festivals, etc!
Love, my grandmother and mom are from lake worth. On visits as a kid we would drive down worth ave. and go to palm beach beaches just to be fancy. Thanks for the memories.
Then you can go north of Long Boat for a more relaxed, old school Florida vibe!
also Naples and Marco Island, I think they would LOVE Naples!!
Thats where my family and i vacation!! Love st St Armand’s restaurants!!
I just love your guys’ general vibe for life… feeling blessed, energized, grateful.
OMG YES! I feel like it's summer again! We missed seeing ya'll in vacation! Thank you for sharing with us
Julia and Hunter please do the “act like my husband/wife” for a vlog. I think you guys would be spot on with each other and it would be hilarious to watch!

Julia is thriving at the beach! Love to see it
Really loved the vibes in this vlog! Anyone know where the yellow/orange dress that Julia decided to change out of is from?
omg that green modern painting at 6:57... a need!!! also Hunter's nipple cream comment had me dead. Love to see y'all living your best lives down in FL!
Siesta Key is amazing . Feels very low key while also having good night time vibes.
I can’t wait for the vacation vlogs when you guys have little ones!!!
Have they said they want kids in the future?
@@joem2130 yes!
You guys are the cutest! 😍 I'm in Fort Lauderdale but I've driven to Sanibel and Captiva islands a couple of times and they're cute beach towns that I've loved! Maybe it's worth checking out one day soon! :)
Yes yes yes to Sanibel and Captiva island. Such a lowkey local vibe.
When you messed your brows up for Hunter to gel them I lost it lmaooo idk why it was just so funny but I told my man that too no matter WHAT the situation is make sure these brows are on point 😂😂😂
this is my hometown/where I grew up and so cool to see you guys visit !!
I'm with Julia I love those white corded chairs in the antique store window.
Fernandina Beach! It’s near Jacksonville so northern Florida, almost GA, it’s quaint and has a bunch of cute local places, a mix of beach & river vibes. I live there and love it so much! :)
I was born and raised in Fernandina Beach AKA Amelia Island.
love car chats, and traveling & shopping with Julia's Radar honing in... Hunter you got the brows down, no worries there .
Omg! I would honestly love a video of your whole handbag collection. Design and not. And like would you ever sell bags on Poshmark. I’m obsessed with your style.
This was so much fun! Thanks for bringing us along💙
i feel like you guys need to hit Louisiana! the jazz capital, that would be a whole vibe for you two!💝💝💝
A great beach town in Florida is Anna Maria Island!! One of my favorites!
Idc if that’s all you give us lol
Julia I’m a plant mom now, and I talk to my plant how you talk to Booker. It’s the funniest thing 🤣
Born and raised in Naples hereee. I’m in college in Atlanta and I miss it every single day. There is a moment for the mountains but pleaseee go to NAPLES!!! Best beaches and super cute downtown area. Marco island is also very nice. If you want and even better island feel I would recommend sanibel.
i live in fort myers so im very close to naples and go all the time! what would you say is the best beach in naples?
Yall inspired me to start my channel ❤️ Love these blogs
Siesta key is super local! Everyone is super kind and it feels so homey but it is beautiful!!
Fire island, New York sea view the town is the best. One of my favorite places. It’s a must go.
Sanibel has a chill vibe. I used to live in Fort Myers and we’d go there often.
Love, my grandmother and mom are from lake worth. On visits as a kid we would drive down worth ave. and go to palm beach beaches just to be fancy. Thanks for the memories.
