I NEED to see more of this game. I love the lasso-ing combat. And I love how all the enemies are real virus/malware terms. The spiky ones are Viruses (even though thats not what actual viruses look like.), the horses are Trojans, and the mimic is a literal Zip Bomb.

The anime girl could be a reference to rensenware, a joke virus that requires you to get a score of 50000 on the hardest difficulty of a touhou game. The weird spikey thing with one eye could just be a virus. I have no idea what the M O A I represents, however it dropping on you could be a reference to a work of art which was presented as a virus that made your entire screen have gravity and physics. The worm boss could represent a virus type called a… worm, yeah that one was pretty obvious. And the weird human that goes spooky mode could represent horror games that mess with your computer, but aren’t actually viruses. (Ex: imscared.)
