Once the pony-o is clipped in from both sides your not supposed to tighten your hair……on the pony-o website they tell you if you do that it loosens the pony-o.
I have fine thin hair & it works great for me. It holds til im ready to take it out. I have trouble getting the extra volume at the top of my pony tail but nonetheless i do like mine. Have u tried the bun bars? Im thinking of ordering one of those to try next. Oh and the bling ringz definitely make the pony o look prettier! Loved ur video and its awesome to see your family supporting & loving you!!!
My aunt has really, really thick hair and she said she couldn't even get her hair through to try it out! It's definitely not for everyone! Thanks for sharing!

You don't have enough hair in it.
It is not the Pony-O, it's you. Your hair has to be dirty. Mousse or hair spray to dirty the hair.
