Yeah as soon as they got back the mother had him arrested The Steve Wilkos Show sent all of the paperwork and documentation to the police By Request of the mother and he got arrested they did another polygraph and he failed that one they did other tests he failed and he ended up getting 23 years in prison with no chance of parole so he has to do the whole 23
