Sindhi Biryani Recipe ♥️ With Homemade Fragrant Biryani Masala Powder ♥️ |Biryani By Cook with Lubna

Ingredients:
SPECIAL SINDHI BIRYANI MASALA: ( For 1 kg chicken + 1 kg rice )
1 tbsp coriander seeds ( sabut dhania )
1 tsp cumin seeds ( zeera )
1/ tsp caraway seeds ( kala zeera )
1 tsp fennel seeds ( sauf )
1/2 TSP black pepper pepper
2 whole red chillies
1/4 nutmeg ( jayfal )
2 inch cinnamon stick ( dalcheeni )
1 black cardamom ( badi elaichi )
10-12 green cardamom ( hari elaiechi )
1 star anise ( badiyaan phool )
6-7 cloves ( laung )
1 tsp kashmiri or regular chili powder ( laal mirch )
2 tsp salt ( namak )
1/2 tsp turmeric powder ( haldi )
6-7 ALOO BUKHARA ( plum )
1 bay leaf
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken
3 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garlic paste
1 cup yogurt
3-4 green chilies
handful of coriander and mint leaves
2 medium tomatoes
2 fried onion ( total 3 medium fried onions, 2 for gravy and 1 for layering )
1 cup oil ( 1/2 cup for chicken + 1/2 cup for biryani layers )
3 raw potatoes ( you can soak them into colored water for 30 minutes )
FOR RICE :
1 kg golden rice or long grain rice
2 tbsp oil
lemon slices
3 tbsp salt
2 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
4 liter water
FOR BIRYANI LAYERING :
3 tomato slices
coriander and mint leaves
moti hari mirch
julian ginger
1 fried onon
food color
you add add biryani essence as well
