I think Ethan's comparison to an amplifier is perfect. I would say Simon is one of the funniest if the group, in my opinion, but Harry and Ethan are a funnier duo.
However, if it was Ethan and Simon vs. Harry and JJ, I would say Ethan and Simon would be a funnier duo.
Ethan really does work well playing off of other people, not just because he laughs, but because he adds to a joke and builds off of what someone else said.

Same with the glue joke, "can't get rid of you" it is the most common joke when someone mentions glue, but it is making that connection and knowing when to use it that makes it witty.

tbf, both the sidemen and mrbeast have their own like talents, but in terms of content I can't watch mrbeast videos, they don't appeal to me at all

Poor Vik getting thrown under the bus again. I get where they are coming from but bloody hell they don't know how lucky they are to have Vik in the group. Nobody else promotes the Sidemen better than Vik. Also Vik and Harry are a great duo. Would argue Josh or Tobi are less entertaining than Vik.

I agree that Vikk ain't as funny as W2S or KSI, but he sure as hell funnier than Ethan and Simon. When he isn't trying to be funny, he is one of the most hilarious people in Sidemen, his "to be fair though" is easily more funny than any Ethan or Simon joke. If you see, KSI, W2S, and Vikkstar123 are the biggest fishes in the group, a majority of the people won't watch the video if these three wouldn't be in the video.

BTW, the Sidemen are 100% more talented than MrBeast. Can someone tell me what is MrBeast talented at? JJ can literally box, sing, write lyrics, Tobi is athletically more talented then most youtubers and all of them are funnier than him. MrBeast is not talented, he is very smart and has an amazing team around him that builts sets and hires TANKS for him. A video wiht MrBeast just hanging around with his boys would be dead. Mr beast actually helps people ksi made a terrible drink that was overpriced and popular with younger kids which is the only reason I made money u literally just said all the fun stuff about mr beast leaving out the fact he donates basically all his money to his videos and to ppl that need it I don’t remember the sidemen giving out hundreds of thousands to millions to random people who need it lol

When they asked whose the funniest, that clip of Harry sitting on the chair, looking into the distance singing "helikopter helikopter" and Ethan dying of laughter comes to mind.
The biggest difference is, you can easily watch a 2 hour Sidemen video start-to-finish, but you will struggle to finish a 10 minute MrBeast video. I prefer my content to be engaging
