Wow had the wierdest lucid dreams whilst watching this. The person who I had been feeling fearful about standing up to in real life was in it. But he was really nice it was just the dark entities that I could feel trying attatch them selves to me as a wandered back and forward around the same area in my house that where of concern. But no stress I just "fresh aired" them and they were just "annoying" rather than scarry. One even posed as my mother who died of covid not long ago. I thought it was her till I went to hug it. Lol. Def woke up feeling more confident and fearless that's for sure. Thanks for the "newly found set" lol... definitely be doing this one again 🙏🙌💙💯
Perfection. I have been concentrating heavily on the chakra healing sounds. They have helped A LOT. I have trouble settling into the Solar Plexes, Heart and Throat, but that is on me. I think I am having a hard time getting those three REALLY moving, but I am being very persistent and will continue to travel on this journey with the help of Meditative Mind
This is not to alarm anyone, quite the opposite. The Canadian gov just said to plan for emergencies and to stock up on canned food/non refrigerated food and water. At this same time I’m really seeing how volatile the market is right now especially with the war in Ukraine. I have been drawn in the direction of sprouting my own seeds for food every 4/5 days I’ve been learning how to do it. This information I’m sharing is very root chakra centred energy. I hope this inspires you to grow your own food or to organise your eating habits and find structure and safety with balance and stabilisation. These are very volatile times, god has got you though you will be fine.

Yes, in the solfeggio frequency system 396Hz is considered as the Root Chakra Frequency.. and in traditional 432hz system root chakra frequency lies at 256hz. We do have chakra healing solfeggio frequency series also. We would recommend that you listen to both and choose which frequency you connect better and are able to feel the effect on that specific chakra. Many people find the deeper 256hz work better and others prefer slightly higher tones of solfeggio frequencies. Hope this helps!!
