Did you just lower the terrain? I’ve a few floor plans that have similar level structure, but I haven’t figured out how to do that?!? Any ideas/help would be helpful?
So I made the basement room and dragged it down into the ground and then lowered and then smoothed the terrain around one side ❤️

How did you get the car to face downhill on the driveway?
I rotated it with the tool mod ❤️

Sometimes the game is on sales really cheap, but few times Sims 4 was on origin completely for free. I guess you can wait untill that happens again
