That bike is absolutely based on the one from Akira. A fun fact about that movie is it has inspired film and media in general since it was released. From The Dark Knight to The Matrix Reloaded to Nope. It's kind of INSANE how many things are inspired by Akira.

I think the paint job on the head sculpts are holding them back a little bit but overall they’re awesome and that bike is something else. I might have to get the male V.

@@JustinsCollection you might have something to say about the body, it isn't the easiest to articulate. Sitting him down I've had no luck as I don't want to break his legs. There is a lack of head movement but the suit and details on everything else such as head sculpt and hands are superb. I'd recommend him. He's not perfect, but if you love Jackie Chan he is great
Hi Justin! Hope all is well with you. I’ve been enjoying this months announcements and releases. This set of cyberpunk figures and accessories is stellar!!! I’m gonna start playing cyberpunk 2077 in September so I’m so excited to see these figures. I’m happy that the video game has worked out most of the kinks. The design of this figures is so cool! I love the hair and clothing. In high school I wanted to look as cool as these figures although her hair is a little too long in parts it still looks cool. Perhaps she could have been a bit edgier but I’d be thrilled to get such a cool looking duo. Was there a set with a motorcycle too? Oh, this is the set with the motorcycle!!!! It’s so amazing!!!Either way, these figures are some of the coolest I’ve ever seen and would love to have them. Thanks so much for the video 😊💎
purearts uses also ball joints, like HT, so it it should fit. I have the set, but it's currently in storage, because i redoing my display with moducases, otherwise i would have tried it out
I wish I could blend the two V's into one perfect V model. I think fem-V is the better designed (and voiced in the game). For instance, I (personally) think make-V's pants on these collectables are TERRIBLE looking. Fem-V's are made of a better looking material with better looking detail. But I digress. I 'd like fem-V with male-V's one piece head and neck sculpt. Light up accents on her shoes would have been nice and a slightly larger coat to better accommodate her gorilla arms would have been nice. Alco, her having a mantis blade arm option would have been really cool. Finally, I wish better finger articulation on her gorilla hands would have been wonderful as I plan on displaying her with those arms, on the bike, holding her SMG...and that will be a challenge with the hands the way they are. If I have one complaint about the BEAUTIFUL bike model, it's that they didn't make the windshield out of light red transparent plastic with the decals underneath it on the bike dashboard. It makes for a more striking visual IMO.

And I REALLY appreciate you doing this one. I just recently found out about this collectable and I was wondering if anyone had reviewed it. I was relieved when I saw that you did because NOBODY does better figurine breakdowns than you. Genuinely. I hope that you end up buying the Solomon Reed at some point in the future. They have that one available too and I'd love to get a close-up look at him. Cheers!
I was actually going to buy the male V set with the bike untill i saw that they took the most stupid liberty with design choise for the bike, namely the weathering and dirt on it when in fact it is supposed to smooth and clean like in the game, its considerd a racing bike, although copying the feel of the AKIRA bike, it was still meant to be smooth and clean. i could not for the life of understand how could they waste such a good design and dirty it unnecessarily... Also not including a katana and for some odd reason do include the machine gun and the spider bot is also a really bad accessory choice imo A shame this bundle is such a waste of an otherwise good figure and great bike...
@@JustinsCollection Thanks for the video by the way, always love your clean setup how to take the time to show all the fancy bits and pieces I also recommend checking out some of the newer chinease figure companies that starting to pop up lately, one just announced a fully posable "Death" figure from darksiders, although with a changed name to avoid license issues i assume. It's called "Abyss Knight" instead, already pre ordered it myself, but the amount of good quality figures coming out from chinese companies these few years is crazy. If you need any recomndations let me know, i managed to find quite a bit. Thanks again, have a good one.
