Love the videos, your explanations are great and your execution is awesome. Keep up the great work and pump out those videos, ill be sure to recommend anyone learning to check out your channel. I remember a few years ago I never once seen anyone making videos like this. It's a good niche you can dominate.
Thank-you so much brother please keep coming out with more videos & stay positive stay motivated stay goal orientated work hard to achieve greatness 😊❤
love watching your videos and I have learned so much from you. can you please do a video explaining how to make a pattern for a gore for a vessel head please. I'm having issues trying to figure this out.
Yes there’s easier ways you can do this mainly when you’re learning different ways on the job, I’m just trying to teach everyone the handbook way to learn everything from scratch, I have the other videos in the channel just go to the page and you will see all the other videos
@@jpadtv1178 thanks I really appreciate it how you did this unequal Tee pattern and learned can you please post videos how to do EQUAL LATERAL and UNEQUAL LATERAL and thanks
What is the one inch you left on 7:21,before you transfered where all lines meet. And both of the one inch dont look same size Other than that. Your instructions are clear.
When you first got the circumference and you split it in half to 10-5/8. What was the measurement on the ruler? The dividers didn't look to be spread at 10". Im still learning how a circumference ruler works and I'm learning on my own.
Hey jpadtv or anyone here on minute 6:25 when he said half of the big pipe is 31 which is 15.5 he said he set he’s dividers to it but it doesn’t look like 7 3/4 on his ruler
my best guess is he's using centimeters edit: I think he just mixed up some numbers. he should be taking the circumference and dividing by pi to find the diameter, then halving the diameter to set his dividers.
Does anyone know how to cut the metal for a new insulated pipe that is larger then the existing pipe that it T's into....I had to replace the insulation on a pipe with 18 inch circumference (after the foam glass was installed). The pipe T'ed into a pipe that already had the metal with a 14 inch circumfrence.
Teaching me better than my journeymen. I’m a new apprentice and your videos are really helping thanks!
Glad to hear that im helping out! thanks for your support! make sure you watch all my other videos
Watched video last night, made couple practice patterns. Went to work and made patern installed tee and fit like glove. Very helpful videos.
That is awesome man, im happy to hear that! im glad the videos are helping!
This helps a lot. I have a guy at work that taught me the same way you did. But this helps so I can learn at home and remember the steps.
thank you, the videos will always be here for reference
Thanks for the english versions.
Thats sweet I've never seen it done this way ! Thanks

Im studyng for my nccer and this channel really freaking helps.. visual learning is better than paper learning.. in my opinion.
thank you! im glad im helping you out!
Thank you my friend, no more ordering aluminum 90s for me. Just need my pexto and ill be goring them from now on, thank you for the video
This isn't a gore lol
I don't know any insulation jokes but I'm doing "Asbestos" I can 😅
Thanks I’m still learning

Such a sick video!!
There's definitely easier/more efficient ways to do that layout and the pattern for the hole cut
Sweet!! Thanks helped a lot
I am insulator and i learned easer way to do that unequal tee pls post more patter for equal tee and equal later pls and thanks

Great video
I like your job mate and send me more videos
Good Job
ThAnks bro
Can you do a video of you making the unequal tee from just the insulation
Hi do you have more pipe fitting with formula please
Awesome, keep up the good work
Hey could you do a video on laterals in the near future?
Yes I will
Where did you get your ruler from
What is the one inch you left on 7:21,before you transfered where all lines meet. And both of the one inch dont look same size Other than that. Your instructions are clear.
Great video..can you do fabrication for domed heads
Saludos desde México amigo, esperamos el de Español
Claro que si hay viene!
Can you do a video on how to do lateral or roof drain piping
Can u do metal out a 45 degree
.....so one of the traits we learn as an insulator is observation.....see to that the main is metal already and the measurements came.....
When you first got the circumference and you split it in half to 10-5/8. What was the measurement on the ruler? The dividers didn't look to be spread at 10". Im still learning how a circumference ruler works and I'm learning on my own.
Circumference is converted into diameter,so he's using half the diameter(across the center of pipe) across the pipe
Take the circumference and divide by pi (3.14)
I was literally gonna ask the same thing until I scrolled down cause I new someone thought the same lol cheers
The measurement is half the diameter.
Where did you buy that ruler?
Amigo, teria como colocar opção de legenda em português.
Seus vídeos são ótimos, parabéns !
Muchas gracias!

edit: I think he just mixed up some numbers. he should be taking the circumference and dividing by pi to find the diameter, then halving the diameter to set his dividers.
edit 2: I think the circumference ruler he uses has the calculations done on one side of the ruler already
Is it the same steps if you only have the radius of the pipes?
He is using the radius, which would be the top number on his circumference ruler.
Porfavor podria aser el pero de la tee pero en una parte no en dos
Hey buddy where do you purchase that Circumference roller?
any insulation or sheetmetal supplier should have it, its made by Lufkin so i think amazon or the official lufkin website.
Do a stove pipe 90

Basically the opposite of this video (reverse the pipe sizes)
Hola 👋 buen video tendrás correo electrónico quisiera saber si le has puesto láminas de metal a fans ?
si jpadtvofficial@gmail.com
Yo bro you don’t post any new videos anymore ?
Basically you only need the radius of small and big pipe to make the pattern, right?
Yes thats one way to do it without having the circumference ruler. you can do it with the radius of the pipes
What if u are going from big to small
On foam glass si lo roba un chingo
Si cada material es un poco diferente con las medidas
I dont understand .. can u give example calculation ?
What if both my pipe size are bigger than what my compase can go up to?
You’ll have to invest on bigger dividers or make your own out of a piece of string with a nail and a pencil
Make more videos
Your explanation's not very clear
