I actually have a few topics that I am curious about: 1. Idols and trainees dealing with either being in the lgbtq+ community or questioning their sexuality 2. What idols and trainees are and are not allowed to have on their phones ( like games, contact with friends and family, maybe undercover accounts that are like just used to look at things but not posting anything) 3. getting holidays off 4. And young trainees and idol (Korean and foreign) deal with schooling and education Sorry if that was long and a lot
4. Younger idols/trainees went to a special art school, usually Seoul School Of Performing Arts or Hanlim Art School. Attendance are much more flexible for them. Then after high school they can decide to put off collage or not.
Not surprised it was laser. I currently just wax legs and shave everywhere else. I’m saving for laser hair removal as it’s quite expensive in London. If I was in Korea I would get it instantly
Robin Doeve imagine how hard it would be to make sure the wig didn’t fall off during performances, and how sweaty the wigs would get. plus, it’s cheaper for companies to just ruin their hair
lila b if Drag queens can do it, why not? If the house of Edwards can do death drops, cartwheels and whatnot, I really don’t see why not. If you see a drag performance they go all out! Flips to no end, hair stays perfect while having their junk taped in place, meaning they can’t even pee for hours. But damn they turn it out every time!
i just cant understand kpop why do they need to dye every comeback. JPOP groups dont do that tand sometimes just use wig instead of natural hair. it's all about culture i guess
Robin Doeve I’m pretty sure idols do sometimes wear wigs but if you take good enough care of your hair then they can maintain a good look well enough? did that make sense idk lol
this video made me feel SO HAPPY ABOUT MY BODY because i'm SO FRICKING INSECURE about my body hair and this made me feel soooooo much better about it because i realize even Idols weren't born hairless dolls ;-; ugh tysm

I really appreciate the fact that not only does she share tips, she even admits to having some treatment for her hairs That’s a really sensitive subject that not many people is able to just openly share to thousands of people online. So kudos to you, girl
but why are we ignoring the fact that Koreans naturally have less in amount and less visible body hair than lets say middle Easterns some people dont have them at all? ive seen guy idols whose arm hairs were less visible than my facial hair 😂 as sad as that is for me they just dont have that much hair to begin with and it makes it easier to get rid of them with less laser treatments
that's what i thought too but then again, if you have light hair colour, laser won't work as good and effective as it would on dark hair. so i don't know how they do it
It is true but everyone has different amounts of hair. Not all asians have a little body hair. So everyone can gave different session some may have only 5 while some will need 10-15
dat one friend nope most of asian guys have beard just korean japanese and maybe chinese guys dont grow beard or moustache but other countries in asia guys do have beard
I think it‘s really nice of you to talk about it! Because a lot of people that are into Kpop (especially the younger ones) see those perfect hairless bodies and feel like they aren‘t ‚normal‘ for having body hair although it‘s completely normal and nothing to be ashamed of!
lelo pie honestly though, I’m glad she’s speaking up. I grew up with kpop and would see these idols have no razor bumps or cuts from shaving anywhere and it made me so frustrated with my body hair especially since I’m asian too. I’m older now but if I saw this when I was younger it would’ve given me a better grasp on things. Hopefully this will help the younger generations to come!
How do stylists or idols in general deal with sweating ? (For example when they are on stage I noticed that a lot of female idols wear super tight clothes and never have sweaty armpits?!)
I've, perhaps oddly, wondered about this in more personal areas. For pits and stuff, they liky have really good anti-perspirant that doesn't show up on clothing, but as far personal and feminine hygiene...?
I've always wondered about this too. Especially when you can see that an idol has sweat on his/her forehead, but there is no evidence of sweat on their armpits.
Me:Laser... is.. cheaper ... in ... korea.. ! Wtf i am coming to korea right now.. !😏 Also me: Bitch its too late ... its quarantine.. I haven't stepped out of my house since FEB ..😑
I feel like they mostly have naturally clear skin. Even the people with acne seem to have less than normal. I dont have skin problems so i may be incorrect but there are also a lot of procedures for that but idk how effective they are.
discoloration can be removed with laser. laser basically is the answer for almost all skin problem. but if the scar is texture problem, you can't do anything. You can only make your skin look plumper (HA injection or the vampire treatment, botox(?) i think could help) or like microdermabrasion. but, the 1st one is not permanent and the 2nd one only helps it to look better. nothing could get rid of your skin texture permanently.
It's crazy the levels of stress that these K Pop singers must go through, just to look....'acceptable' for today's overwhelming society. It's as if the industry just wants them all to look and behave almost identically. Anything or anyone doing otherwise isn't accepted...
To the OP:- read back your first line. Do u realise as yet that it's the consumer to blame i.e. US, and not the industry??!! They're just supplying our/society's demand!! #Rethink
c it's not only with sudden growth. They start to appear through puberty. For example, most stretch marks show in the inner thigh or even the stomach. Jimin has stretch marks on his thighs so it's also not only females. Literally EVERYONE gets at least a little bit of stretch marks.
@@ricecrispykyle yeah ik everyone can have them but i meant that most kpop idols dont have them or they arent visible, or they arent shown bc of the clothing which covers them up, since most idols dress more modest than western artists and most of the time its only skort skirts but they have safety shorts so
I’m still curious how the idols get deals with the acne? I mean, using make up all day long, surely some idols will get 1 or several pimple appears on their skin. Are they will just cover the pimple(s) with another make up again? I mean, almost no rest day for the idols, there are many busy schedules and they have to wear make up again, and maybe some pimples are still there : (
I saw somewhere that not only idols but also just Korean people have a VERY VERY different routine when it comes to make up. They use lots of masks and treatments before the make up and after
I don't wear makeup, but I dance and I live in a very polluted area, but you have to wash your face daily with any product that works well for your type of skin!!!
can you do a video on idol skincare? to be real, i’ve always been sooo confused as to how idols become 30 shades whiter than their original, pre-debut skin tone. i know some might get those IV treatments, but still it’s so strange??
my sister who lives in korea ( i'm in australia ) freaking flew all the way here to show me how good her laser treatment results are ( she did her full body ) , so seeing the positive results from everyone i might do invest in that as well
When I hear about all these treatments, like laser, skincare, hair color treatments... I can't help but wonder if idols from small companies pay for it all themselves or if the company does? I mean, I know no one needs to be rich to afford such treatments, but it's definitely quite expensive!
Seems like it's much, much cheaper in Korea, but yeah, with what I've heard about pay, especially for trainees and rookies, even cheap can be too much! (I know it can be for me in general.) I wouldn't want to pay out of my own pocket if I barely have enough money for food, plus it seems like something the company should cover.
i think even if a group for a small company have a debut the company would cover the expenses since managers want rookies to be good looking to attract more viewers but after they debut (and i've heard it's like this in every company) idols have to repay all the money that company spent on them when they were trainees
I heard that the companies pay for idols but after their debut they pay it back, mostly rookie idols cant make money for them because they pay their debt to companies🤷🏽♀️
How do idols maintain their flawless skin? I’ve always been curious if they only do their daily routines and their skin is still so flawless under so much stress and lack of sleep.
9:10 "...or they're just born without any hair there." That's probably the case. I've never seen a baby with armpit hair. Though I imagine that would be a pretty funny sight. 10:22 "Every time you shave you're hair is going to grow out thicker anyway..." That's a common myth. Shaving doesn't make hair darker or thicker. Hair follicles are responsible for growing hair. Shaving doesn't have an impact on them because they are beneath the surface of the skin. Shaving might give the illusion of thicker hair, because when a hair grows out after its tip has been cut, it feels rougher than the soft tip of an uncut hair, and light might reflect differently off shaven hair compared to unshaven hair. But it's not actually thicker. If shaving made hair thicker, old men would have facial hairs as thick as pencils.
@Sappy Lappy "I don't know who the fuck said it's a myth?" Science says. I think my comment pretty much explained it. Shaving happens on the surface of the skin, hair growth happens inside the skin, underneath the surface. Shaving has no effect on how the hair follicles produce hair. If you feel that your hair has grown thicker as a result of shaving, then it's simply a feeling, and illusion, as was the word I used. You say both that your fine hair could not be seen from afar, and that now it feels like a long beard. That's what I said: that shaven hair might appear coarser to the touch and more visible to the eye. The thing is, personal experience is not evidence for a phenomenon. It's just anecdotal evidence: casual observations or information passed along by word-of-mouth rather than rigorous scientific analysis. Subjective experiences are just far too susceptible to personal biases. I'm not denying the way you feel and how you perceive the situation, I have no reason to deny your experience, but the thing is that it doesn't mean that your perception gives us correct information about the phenomenon. I'm sure a lot of people are baffled by me saying it's a myth, but that's a reason why I pointed it out. It's such a common myth that it needs to be exposed, and I'm not surprised by the reaction knowing how common the myth is. Here are just a few explanations from a variety of sources: www.scientificamerican.com/article/fact-or-fiction-if-you-shave-or-wax-your-hair-will-come-back-thicker/ www.businessinsider.com/does-shaving-cause-hair-grow-thicker-faster-2017-9?r=US&IR=T&IR=T www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/beauty-hair/advice/a36399/waxing-shaving-myths-busted/
I've never noticed my hair grows back thicker... Didn't know people thought that... But now that I think about it, I vaguely recall hearing such a thing long ago... But if that were the case, why wouldn't people with thin hair just shave their heads to have a nice head of thick, luscious hair later? I think it might just seem that way because you're used to not having hair there, or maybe because when it starts growing back, it'll naturally feel coarser/stubblier since it hasn't grown out. 🤷♂️
@Sappy Lappy what in the hell are you going on about? I can't follow the dozen (unnecessary) comments you made. I don't know if you're refuting or agreeing now. You said in one comment exactly what I was getting at that other people (judging by the likes) seemed to have understood and/or agreed with. So perhaps you misunderstood me and think in saying something different when I'm not. And I also have grown my leg hair out and then shaved it... What's your point??
@Sappy Lappy.... Yes, that is what I meant by "it might seem like it's course [than the hair was originally] because it's stubblier and hasn't grown out." That you cut off the finer/thinner hair, leaving the thicker part of the hair follicle to grow, which seems like it "grew back thicker." this is why I don't understand why you're getting so worked up when it seems we're saying the same thing. And I personally didn't say anything about follicle sizes, so I don't know why you're bringing me into that.
@UCKkzsuPN-fYG-r7vkBfHDXg oh my god, NO, I did not. You didn't seem to read everything I wrote. IT SEEMS LIKE IT GREW BACK THICKER THAN IT WAS WHEN YOU CUT IT BECAUSE YOU HAD CUT OFF THE THINNER PART. WHEN IT STARTS TO GROWS BACK, ONLY THE THICK PART HAS GROWN, THEREFORE IT seeeeeems (repeat: SEEMS) TO HAVE GROWN BACK THICKER THAN BEFORE YOU CUT IT, WHEN IT WAS THINNER AND MORE GROWN OUT. There. That's all I meant in my first comment. I wasn't speaking from science, wasn't giving it great thought, wasn't saying in right and this is totally the reason, was just throwing a possibility out. Geez, person. That's all I'm going to say now, I don't have time for this stupid nonsense. My god. Arguing about freaking leg and armpit hair, for crying out loud.
Just wondering, do idols lost their freedom and privacy (From company and/ or fans) ? Oh and lastly how often do idols get day/ days off from special occasions ?
The Lost Soul This I want to know too, I swear idols didn’t even get a break during Christmas and new year last year. I was so mad they were participating in festival concerts doing the same songs they have done many times for fans. You would think the companies would let them go home to their families.
The Lost Soul I’m sure that there are different extents of how much privacy and freedom you can get. Im assuming it really just depends on what’s on the contract in terms of the company. As for fans, if you’re in an idol group, you will surely or possibly gain sasaeng fans. And that’s a whole other story.
Amina A i think christmas / new year (january 1st) isn't as big of a holiday in south kr like in other countries. chuseok & lunar new year, however, are more of importance that they would get days off or some time to visit family.
It honestly depends on if the group has events or not. Sometimes there are majoe events on holidays so you may not go home or you may have to go after. If the group isnt on a comeback usually resting days are given and you ate given more freedom as well
I'm not expecting you to make a video about this, but I'm curious about something. This may seem random but I've always wondered.. How do kpop idols, especially female idols, avoid having sweat stains on their clothes? Like I always see kpop idols do intense dancing and stuff but they never get sweat on their clothes. Even on hot days, there isn't a single sweat spot on their under arms or anything. How is that even possible?! Does anyone else ever wonder this?😂
I saw that Twices Jihyo had visible sweat stains when they had their Yes or Yes Showcase and after a short break before they did the choreo she had the same outfit but without the sweat stains so i think they also have more than one of the same shirt to change to when there is a break
I´ve seen idols who have dark spots and some acne. But they´re always with makeup on (most of the time) in videos so we wouldn´t really notice but not ALL of them have perfect skin.
Hi :) I have a question of a more psychological matter. I'm a psychology student and I was wandering if K-pop idols are under psychological care when they. They are constantly being deprived of their privacy (like it usually is with public people). I can imagine that harassment and stalking are not a very pleasant experiences - that is of course the worst case scenario, but still, it happens. I know you haven't been an idol for a long time, but maybe you have some knowledge of this topic. I really enjoy listening to you. Thank you for all your work! Take care! 💜😉
Hi Chrstine - Love the "Idol Insider" series. As a thought for another topic, could you perhaps discuss how idols earn an income if they are "dungeoned" (i.e. not actively promoted by their company for years at a time)? Do idols take part-time non-entertainment jobs to support themselves? Shannon Williams recent comments about being dungeoned and wanting to leave Korea made me wonder about the whole experience of being forced to sit-out a contract.
No wonder their face like really really really smooth. Not like mine that have a little hair on my face. Even tho it's just little, and not really shown up. But there is a hair.
Dark spots are formed from friction, but there are special treatments for it!!! I'm assuming that the idols get those treatments. And some people don't have dark spots
this is really interesting content but it actually only made more curious about some stuff like body hair removal in intimate parts (front and back) especially for guys, like if it’s a cultural thing there to just be smooth literally everywhere or if it just applies to more “visible” areas
you could have shown your armpits in this video :D btw korea is kinda known for not having body odor like 90% of koreans dont smell at all because of their genes or smthng, but are there idols who you met that kinda had terrible body odor? do idols shower everyday?
tkfkdgo omg. That’s something that I’ve always wondered about when I found out that Korean people have the gene that doesn’t cause them to have odor, hence why I heard that deodorants are lowkey nonexistent there from TH-camrs like WhitneyBae and Megan Bowen.
i always wondered if they shower everyday from a hair maintenance view, i mean hair dye washes off so it would be inconvenient to shower everyday but since they're always practicing maybe they should hdksjdj
It's very interesting why only Koreans are like that. I know few Koreans and they didn't smell but other Asians did (I thought it's Asian thing but it seems it's only in Korea)
yo it's like $50 per treatment in my country and you still need to pay different on the touch up session (like the ones after every 6 months) yikes korea is really out there gives a good pricing and quality for every beauty care
I’m curious about how they can still perform while wearing those tight outfits when they’re on their periods and also with the outfits they wear how do they make it seem invisible like do they wear tampons or pads really really curious
I know that most Asians have straight hair but are there any idols with frizzy/curly hair!? And if yes how do they deal with that and look so soft and smooth?! I've been wondering for this for a long time and I would be happy if you could answer me or make a video Idk. Love u💓
There are a few idols who have naturally curly hair. L or Myungsoo from Infinite comes to mind. I'm sure there are other treatments but theres a hair treatment called a straight perm that works pretty well. I remember my korean friend getting it done in high school and her hair became pinstraight
@@happyhuman2522 there might be koreans with textured hair but RM it's not one of them. He has straight hair. If you look at his predebut, like in baby/kid pictures of him you'll see it. He had his hair curly after having dreads, but again his hair it's not naturally curly.
Could you make video talking about the LGBT community in kpop and what it's like for idols when they're kind of forced to stay in the closet and just in general if there are a lot of non-straight idols?
idk if it helps but recently there was an article from an insider stating that LGBT community is present in kpop and that there are more then ppl think. Apparently two famous idols from the same group are dating Dispatch has a policy stating that they don't expose those couple tho Keep in Mind that it's only the insider article with no proof so take it lightly
Why would they have a policy to not expose them? Lol they don’t seem like the kind of company that cares about anyone’s privacy so that’s just weird to me!
But YES. I wanna know how companies handle it when they have trainees or idols who are lgbtq. Do they ask them to keep it hush? And how much of these supergay videos are the company dropping hints as opposed to just gay baiting? Cuz the gay baiting is REAL in kpop
@@talls3361 simply because LBGT related things are just taboo in korea Dispatch would just end their career if they did that and Dispatch don't want that they want to use careers to create an article plus Dispatch would probably be bashed in Korea for speading those "kind" of things( you knwo how korea is with LBGT community. Really informative video I use the tiny face electric razor thing (flawless or something its called), sometimes I just the blade if I have too much dead skin in winters. It works really well. Laser sounds bad. I got waxed once and that dunce doing my waxing burned the sides of my face. So I just stuck to the blade and flawless. Of course I am not an idol who is expected to look flawless. Tip - put on a moisturizer before using the blade, hurts less and easier to cut hair. Also, shaving does not make your hair thicker, just blunt at the ends making them appear thicker.
I think the price of laser treatment for armpit more cheaper in Korea because of business competition. Unlike my country not all people bare their skin and arms so laser for armpit kind of expensive and rare treatment for people here to get. Because in Korea the armpit treatment might be popular and many people will do it..so that's why... in my opinion :)
I was wondering about salaries in kpop, like I know it may be uncomfortable for you to talk about how much you were paid but if you could talk about the money you make for different type of jobs in general, the debt of kpop idols to their company, and how much kpop idols make in connection with their popularity ? I'm very curious to know about that, even more compared to other careers and other artists in the world
I came to these videos through my love of K-pop and particularly your interviews and struggles towards K-pop success. However being a male, whilst videos like this don't directly matter or affect me, I still find myself curious about them, perhaps because I'm a foreigner but mostly I think I enjoy trying to understand and empathise with the other sex and their challenges as well as learning about other cultures. Thankyou (or gansahamnidan or something like that lol).
Oh my god, finally a video about body hair. Wow, you do read the comments. You just gained a new follower. Looking forward to your content, keep up the good work
of course they fight several groups said that they do (Got7,Super Junior,TWICE,BTS) In super Junior case they said themselves that they aren't close but they manage to stay togheter because they understand each other TWICE do meeting when they can where they discuss about their struggle, fights etc Got7 just fight and make up XD BTS didn't explain exactely but in their Burn the stage serie they fought and RM talked to each of them and made them make up by bothe explaining their sides. and How they look close with each other ??? Either they fake it (there werer multiple scandals about bullying, bad attitude when we thought a group was solid) ot they really are close asf
They usually get along because they spend so much time together but there is a group were two idols don't get along and actually had to stop being roommates and they had to change the choreography so they weren't touching each other
I don't know about scolding, but like the two above me have stated, there have been in-fighting within groups. I'll add onto Esther's post by stating that the group Mamamoo, has had come fights; Hwa Sa & Whee In actually had a drunk fight [legit fight] then worked it out, Moon & Solar also had fights [Cereal Box was thrown during one, one fight lasted ~2 months] & they'll slowly work it out; In regards to the 2 Month Fight between Moon & Solar, it was essentially not speaking to each other & during the performances of those 2 months, you could see that things weren't "kosher" between them; It ended after Moon sent Solar a couple pictures of her new puppy (at the time) that she had gotten, with Solar responding something along the lines of "Is this an apology?". Apparently, they've done it so many times that now any time Moon sends Solar pictures of her 3 dogs [Moon has 3 Corgis] Solar immediately responds with "Did we have a fight/argument?"
I've heard (don't know if it's true) Koreans don't smell bad when they sweat as their body (I guess for most of them) don't produce the bacteria that gives sweat a bad smell
@@hiimt1391 it's true.. My ex who was korean never smelled.. not even after the gym.. from what he's told me, it takes a few days of not showering to actually smell bad.. as a sweaty girl Im so jealous of that
Can you make another video on how kpop idols deal with being on stage? Like for example, how do they know which camera to look at or what happens if idols’ ear piece (idk what it’s called but the earplugs) stop working. Also, can you include how idols rehearse and how long rehearsals can take? Idk I always wonder what if the idol accidentally misses a camera or something.
OooOo interesting video!!!! Could you also talk about the intergroupes and idols communication and how they go about that?? Or how idols travel and go to public places? Do they need to speak to their manager and state their whereabouts?

Why don’t more kpop idols invest in some good lace front wigs? Some idols hair is absolutely FRIED
That sounds like a good idea actually. I wonder why not too.
Robin Doeve I’m pretty sure idols do sometimes wear wigs but if you take good enough care of your hair then they can maintain a good look well enough?

lelo pie honestly though, I’m glad she’s speaking up.
My guess is that they put like a tight top underneath the outfit so that the top "catches" the sweat lol but i don't know
I've always wondered about this too. Especially when you can see that an idol has sweat on his/her forehead, but there is no evidence of sweat on their armpits.

how do idols get rid of acne/acne scars?
I wonder too
Skin treatments probably
Skincare, they cover it with makeup, using pimple patches, Clinic treatments, spa etc.
I mean, it´s one of the perks of being in "the spotlight".
To the OP:- read back your first line. Do u realise as yet that it's the consumer to blame i.e. US, and not the industry??!! They're just supplying our/society's demand!! #Rethink
I'm very curious about stretch marks?¿
Rachel Arnold you don’t need babies for stretch marks...stretch marks happen because your body grows suddenly. Either weight wise or height wise
they dont seem to have suddenly grown a lot so they dont have them
c it's not only with sudden growth.

Laser is freaking expensive in my country.and i am hairy💔

How do idols maintain their flawless skin? I’ve always been curious if they only do their daily routines and their skin is still so flawless under so much stress and lack of sleep.
9:10 "...or they're just born without any hair there."
That's probably the case. I've never seen a baby with armpit hair. Though I imagine that would be a pretty funny sight.
10:22 "Every time you shave you're hair is going to grow out thicker anyway..."
That's a common myth.
Here are just a few explanations from a variety of sources:
www.scientificamerican.com/article/fact-or-fiction-if-you-shave-or-wax-your-hair-will-come-back-thicker/
www.businessinsider.com/does-shaving-cause-hair-grow-thicker-faster-2017-9?r=US&IR=T&IR=T
www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/beauty-hair/advice/a36399/waxing-shaving-myths-busted/
The Lost Soul
This I want to know too,
I swear idols didn’t even get a break during Christmas and new year last year. I was so mad they were participating in festival concerts doing the same songs they have done many times for fans. You would think the companies would let them go home to their families.
According to idols they don't have any days off from special occasions they work almost all year long
The Lost Soul I’m sure that there are different extents of how much privacy and freedom you can get.

As a thought for another topic, could you perhaps discuss how idols earn an income if they are "dungeoned" (i.e. not actively promoted by their company for years at a time)? btw korea is kinda known for not having body odor like 90% of koreans dont smell at all because of their genes or smthng, but are there idols who you met that kinda had terrible body odor? do idols shower everyday?
tkfkdgo omg. That’s something that I’ve always wondered about when I found out that Korean people have the gene that doesn’t cause them to have odor, hence why I heard that deodorants are lowkey nonexistent there from TH-camrs like WhitneyBae and Megan Bowen.
oooh, this i'm curious about especially because idols sweat a lot from rehearsals to actual stages 🧐
i always wondered if they shower everyday from a hair maintenance view, i mean hair dye washes off so it would be inconvenient to shower everyday but since they're always practicing maybe they should hdksjdj

Keep in Mind that it's only the insider article with no proof so take it lightly
@@esther6664 Ahh that's interesting thank you x
But that's only my opinion and like I said it's from an Insider's article so I can't tell you what to trust or not trust but I commented that because I thought that the OC probably wanted to know
Damn one laser treatment where I live costs $50
Sergeantpaprika 50...in USA its 90 -100 or more
pfft dont come to Colorado its expensive as hellllll
I got my whole body done in Vietnam (I’m half Viet) in 6 months and it costed around 120-140 ish dollars and it’s been years now and it hasn’t grown back. Best decision ever.

Depending on your hair type, you may need 10- 15+ appts per site, which is not cheap in the US. So save up your money so you can buy a large number of appts to avoid only partial hair removal. Look for deals on Groupon, Living Social or other SM apps.
Hello soobin i really wanna know that how idol being paid i mean the amount of money being spilt by the amount of part that their sang or fairly (mybe main vocal, sub vocal,rapper/how idol contribute on the song) or they paid based on fame? .I also wanna know that did you had experience with sasaeng fans? Thank you 😁 btw love your video
I think she said that Idols don't get paid in a video
@@yanirahernandez1002 they didnt get paid? Omg
@@yoyohanhanhanYea, But sometimes they give them money to buy food. But normally they don't get paid

@@yanirahernandez1002 they don't get paid until all the money they get paid off their debt during training period, right? iirc because during trainee period, they were taken care of without having to pay anything so yea that's counted as debt

Really informative video
I use the tiny face electric razor thing (flawless or something its called), sometimes I just the blade if I have too much dead skin in winters.
Is trainee also get treatments?
Most of the time no. Only if they are about to debut or have debuted
@@soobeanie if trainees are about to debut who will pay there laser treatment? the company?
I really want to get laser too, but it’s just so expensive here 😭
I was wondering about salaries in kpop, like I know it may be uncomfortable for you to talk about how much you were paid but if you could talk about the money you make for different type of jobs in general, the debt of kpop idols to their company, and how much kpop idols make in connection with their popularity ?
Looking forward to your content, keep up the good work
Can you answer how do Kpop idols deal with strech marks? i know a lot of them have them and i was really wondering lol
I know CL had laser treatment for hers.
@@lenadesu2544 thank you for sharing that with me :)
alela K Do subscribe for me gays i do rap cover maybe you gonna like it💓🔥🔥
do idols in the same group fight if so how do they manage to look so close and in good terms with each others? are they scolded if they fight?
of course they fight several groups said that they do (Got7,Super Junior,TWICE,BTS)
In super Junior case they said themselves that they aren't close but they manage to stay togheter because they understand each other
TWICE do meeting when they can where they discuss about their struggle, fights etc
Got7 just fight and make up XD
BTS didn't explain exactely but in their Burn the stage serie they fought and RM talked to each of them and made them make up by bothe explaining their sides.
and How they look close with each other ???
You can get answers to these basic questions from idols themselves. Most of the them even the most popular ones talked abt fighting
Just wondering if idols smell good?
WonBi EunYoung me too😭😭
they probably smell like money, softness, sexiness, flowers, tears and talent
I've heard (don't know if it's true) Koreans don't smell bad when they sweat as their body (I guess for most of them) don't produce the bacteria that gives sweat a bad smell
@@hiimt1391 it's true.. My ex who was korean never smelled.. not even after the gym.. from what he's told me, it takes a few days of not showering to actually smell bad.. as a sweaty girl Im so jealous of that
Telsa Maria i also sweat a lot and i do smell so yeah, i'm really envious too!
3:16 This girl is risking her eyebrows for you, you better feel special
wait, i might actually go to korean this summer, i’ll definitely get a whole body laser!
what 10 treatments for 50 dollars,,,,omg. I cant even geat one treatment for 200dollars
I know....
So you’re telling me that I spent nearly £400 in the uk for 10 sessions of laser when I could have spent around £50 for better technology 😭
Come Malaysia. I do it for u. No hair no skin at all
You forgot about nose hair! I wonder about that all the time when I see their nose lol.
Cookie Air lol we share same brain cell i guess
This is a very stupid question and its gross but like im so curious ..Do they pick their noses? Lmao 😂
i think they can do laser for nose hair as well, or they just use some type of nose hair trimmer
Some people don't have hair in their nose
laser
Can you make another video on how kpop idols deal with being on stage? Like for example, how do they know which camera to look at or what happens if idols’ ear piece (idk what it’s called but the earplugs) stop working. Also, can you include how idols rehearse and how long rehearsals can take? Idk I always wonder what if the idol accidentally misses a camera or something.
OooOo interesting video!!!!
Could you also talk about the intergroupes and idols communication and how they go about that??
Or how idols travel and go to public places? Do they need to speak to their manager and state their whereabouts?
