We all need Rabies in our lives. On the spraying the bird with mace story, When I was maybe 4 years old I poured kool-aid into the fish tank. I thought the fish might be thirsty and wanted a refreshing drink. I thought the fish. Might be thirsty. I was a smart kid.
I once caught a fieldmouse by digging up its little tunnel when I was 11 or so...then went around to find my grandmother's cat and give the mouse to it as a present...I couldn't find the cat and the mouse died in my hand because I probably squeezed it too hard... I felt really bad after that......but for some reason, I didn't feel bad about offering the mouse to the cat :/
My sister did the same thing to a bunch a caterpillars we kept in my old hamster cage when she was 2. we had about 20 to 25 of them, 3 of which were already cocooned. All of them died. We asked her why she did it, "I thought they might we thirsty!" Oh well, life happens, I guess.
When I was 6 or 7, my brother and I were playing in the backyard and found this cute little green and yellow caterpillar that we named Stan. All of a sudden, this fucking wasp comes out of nowhere and picks him up from the ground. Out of sheer panic, I screamed at the wasp to let Stan go and he got scared and dropped him. Stan wasn't moving at all and we ended up burying the next day. R.I.P Stan 2010-2010
This has to be my favorite play through. At first I didn’t want angel but her and cry’s chemistry brings the game alive. Every time I get a notification for this play through it just makes my entire day. I don’t want this game to ever end.
same here. it wasn't anything against Angel, personally, i was just not used to Cry doing LPs with other people and wasn't sure i liked the duo LP, but like....hell, i fuckin LOVE this coordination so much now and want to see more of her here.
I hope the gods of chance smile upon Angus, because it's the only real chance to hang with him one on one and it's so heartfelt and beautiful I just really hope Cry and Angel get to experience it

Unfortunately, at this point, I'm pretty sure they've missed almost all the good Gregg stuff by hanging out exclusively with Bea. From what I remember, the historical society with Gregg wasn't that great, whereas going to the Park with Angus gets him to open up and talk about his and Gregg's relationship and is actually really sweet.
BigApple3AM He also talks about his past, which is pretty interesting to learn about. I watched Super Best Friends play NITW, and when they got to Angus' back story, even _they_ got serious for a little bit.

Watching these makes me think about how much I DONT want Cry to do solo lets plays anymore. Having Angel with him really brings out the best in him. Something we can never really see with himself alone or with guys. It takes a feminine touch, with a great personality. *JUST A N G E L*

When you said you were leaving it up to chance, I checked and saw you ended up going with Angus. And honestly, as much as I've complained in the comments about yall never hanging out with Gregg... I'm really really glad you did Angus' ghost hunt. You obviously already know this since you already played it, but his hangout is one of the best scenes in the game and you really get to bond with him. I am not ashamed to say I was outright crying when I played it for the first time. Anyway this is a great episode, and here's my legally obligated comment that I would really love it if you guys went back sometime and played through the Gregg scenes you missed since they're so great.

I heard of a grave- the “Merry Cemetery” in Sapanta, Romania- in it they dipict the dead sometimes doing things they like, sometimes depicting how they died... it's kind of interesting.
This is probably the episode that made me want to pick up this game again. I didn't get this far when I was playing because my old laptop was so bad, the dreams made it chug way too hard that it actually died while playing it. I'm going to sit through this entire play through first though, as I was doing different things in mine, and I want to see how yours goes. Eagerly awaiting the next one!

It's even deeper when you think about the fact that a lot of stuff in this game - both the setting and the characters - was inspired by the Rust Belt, which is an area in the midwest region of the USA. Basically, think Detroit, but stretch it out into a ton of towns and cities scattered across several states. It's called the Rust Belt because everything has been falling apart ever since most of the mines and factories up there shut down. That's why the characters in this game talk so much about the abandoned mines under the town and the fact that Mae's dad and other older citizens used to work in factories and mines. The towns and cities there are pretty much dying a slow death, and it's all because the entire reason they prospered back in the day was because of the mines and factories.
This series right here is a bunch of good choices: the game, from the beginning i knew this was going to be an interesting one, and it is keeping expectations; the whole sharing thing i think it's great, it really feels like a different experience, and maybe even a guy like Cry may have had some issues with all these characters; last but not least Angel, she really is an underrated one and i'm glad she's in for the whole adventure. To sum it up, good choices Cry. Imho.

And I just now realized THIS TIME that the big creatures that in previous dreams made no sense to Mae but the cat does. Granted these are representations of some sort of cthulhu gods but still...makes so much "simple sense".
