The main reason for india to lose this match is the pitch is highly favourable for sl spinner as they are playing there for longer time and boundary size was made to smallest even if the field size is high and this boundary size favours the sl batsman as they successfully hit sixes.
Now people may complain India also got the same field to bat and bowl but Indian side has lesser experience of the pitch.
