Not all Fat women can have those morbidities, Fat women are common here in Philippines. by saying imprisoned, you're saying they are being tortured by their weight and size, my aunt was a plus size woman too, she doesn't have that things, that size was normal here, we didn't even saw these people enter hospitals, most are the THIN ONES
They're not IMPRISONED, but im not also saying they're ENJOYING it, what i am saying is they're already used to that body, and they're not ashamed, size discrimination was not really common here
You saw them in your country come and visit Philippines, you will saw DOCTORS, VENDORS, TEACHERS, ENGINEERS, ARCHITECHS, AND EVEN TV REPORTERS That are Plus Size, working without co-morbidities
