I've stayed there many times for a regular annual event. I have also stayed there twice just because I know the place and what to expect. How the hell did it cost £189. My friend and I stayed there in September and it cost us £84 for 2 nights. Last year in May it was £68 for a twin room for 2 nights, room only though.
When I stayed there there was no Hot water so I could not have a shower. Had to boil the kettle to have a strip wash. The corridor leading to the restaurant stunk of damp. Someone rang my room at three in the morning. never did find out who it was
Very funny guys, and fair play for staying there ( ha ha ). Ive stayed there quite a few times being a coach driver and well..... anyway, i recorded a video of how long it took to get from reception to my room.... funny, check it out for laughs ( or a work out :p ) .

That hitel has not changed in the 20 years last been there . Are there any plans in doing it up. Or a they waiting for it to fall down

Cheers for doing this mate, was really curious what the rooms were like, glad we didn't splash £189 on it!! It's £20 any normal night! Can see why 😂
It was a crime scene...genuinely...
We had that view and didn't pay more than about 25/30pounds a night.
